This occurred on a not-so busy Friday evening. It was a mess from the start.For a party of 8, we didn’t know who our server was. There was even confusion from the wait staff. We had to flag down random servers to assist us. It took them 15 minutes to get us drinks. It took roughly 15 minutes to get our appetizers from drinks. Then it took another 30 minutes to deliver the main food to everyone but me. It took 5-10 minutes for me to flag down a manager to address the problem. Then 45 minutes later, after getting our food, we had to flag down another waiter to get the check. On top of that, there was a mandatory 20% gratuity. This is by far some of the worst dinning experience I have experienced.We spent an hour and forty five minutes in there. Save your time and money for a place that respects its customers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! came in today and sat next to the elephant with my autistic sons and my husband. Our server ANGELIC was so patient and sweet to them! She was so warm we enjoyed the entire experience!

I came here a couple of years ago and have not really been many times in my life, but I wish I could afford the more expensive platters. One of my friends almost let me buy it, but I had an experience that I will not explain because it was personal, but it was pretty sad and anyway this is a coolrestaurants and they have an awesome vibe. It is probably the most different thing that I’ve ever seen but maybe I just have not experienced many things. I think the food is all right, but there are some options that are incredible. Good morningThe environment is very pleasant, but for the service it is a disaster, once seated at the table, the waitress arrived 1 minute later to take the order even though we had not yet chosen, we asked her for 5 minutes to to choose, she comes back 2 minutes later, we have our order after 20 minutes for 3 burgers, the fries are too salty, the waitress comes back with the bill even though we haven't finished our plates, she comes back 3 minutes later to see if they have put the money, I find it unacceptable and unprofessional, toilet not clean, I will not return to rainforest cafe

I came here for my nephew’s birthday and it was a blast. Thank you James C. for making this a memorable day for him! Overall the experience was great. It was our first time here and we will definitely be back.
