Service was fast, but didn't have enough ingredients to satisfy the customer, their food got me sick and got bad stomach ache late at night, I don't know whether they mishandled the food or something else?They can improve, they have no chesse to add, or vegies such as onions and stuff which is important in a fast food place, just plain chicken and bun with a piece of lettuce really?

I'll start by saying that Canes is very hard to review because the tenders are great. I can review my last visit, which was not the best service. I ordered a 25 tender party tray, a gallon of lemonade, and a party tray of fries, and I felt as though they forgot about my order. After waiting 43 minutes inside, I received my order, and the employee behind the counter handed me a free box combo card and said it was from the manager. Although im grateful the manager didn't even acknowledge us. Since we love the food, our issue was resolved as soon as we ate but as stated before the service was no Bueno.
Third or fourth Raising Cane's & all I can say is that there's a new Chicken ? king.Make room Chick-fil-A, Cane's is about to bump you off the leader board.

Everything Customer
This is the first Raising Cane's that I visited. The General Manager Tony is amazing. He always makes sure his customers have a great experience. The Assistant Manager Chris is wonderful and so helpful. He always makes sure that my food is prepared right. Tony and Chris are the perfect duo. Lexi is great. I have known her for years. She's extremely pleasant, and she always greets you with a smile. Tony, Chris, and Lexi always provide excellent customer service.

They were VERY busy and I have no issues waiting the 25+ minutes we did in the drive thru cause normally it is worth the wait, but for this to be the size of what they consider to be a tender is NOT okay for the price of what they charge. I ordered two six piece boxes and half of our tenders were this size!!! I hate giving one star for the food because it is good. But today, was a horrible experience for us. Cold, soggy fries, and tenders that were so small. Not okay Cane’s. Not okay!

I dine in and take out. We love it! The food is out in no time and is always hot. Also, they honor the senior citizen discount!Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals, but according the the kids the toy is crummy. I kinda agree.

Ordered on the app for curbside. Arrived at designated time. Waited 10 minutes before I finally just went inside wondering where this “chicken fingers faaaaaaast” was at. Mind you it’s 10am so this place was not busy at all. Lo and behold there’s my order on the counter just getting all cold while there was a cashier with a dumb grin on her face. Curbside isn’t a thing here. Foods good, but don’t order curbside, it’s fake.
