Be carful with this place, everything was fine until I paid my check, they charged 20% gratuity tip, we were 3 adults and 3 kids (1 year old, 3 years old and 4 years old) they said kids are included, the server never asked us or let us about this, she just charge us for the 20% gratuity tip. We were planning to leave the 20% tip but without telling us it was really disrespectful.first and last time in this place!!!

This place is a chain restaurant and every location never fails to just kill it every time I go. This time, my husband and I went to the Katy location and it was his first time trying Rakkan and he loved it! Our server Ethan was awesome and polite and friendly, we highly recommend if you’re ever looking for a great ramen place!

This restaurant is always being advertised on social media so i decided to come here for dinner one night. The ramen was okay, not anything crazy but the thin noodles were probably my favourite part, the broth was rather thick ? But what i did like is that they accommodate to those who don't eat meat, not many ramen places do that so that's great! Service was okay, overall would not return but I'm glad i finally got to try it.

I asked for refund as I had two bites and did not want to finish my meal as it was cold, very little salt, and not spicy as requested. I found the wait staff was rude through and through. Ambiance: It is not the best compared to say, Jinya.

The ramen is fantastic. I had the Asian Spicy ramen. The broth is not heavy and doesn't make you feel super sleepy lol. The dashi base makes such a big difference and is packed with flavor. Loved it! shout to Ethan as well for helping us out.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now after seeing it on TikTok. Exceptionally good quality food and today I came in starving after a long day of work and who came in to save me? Ethan did with his amazing customer service! I’ll be back again within the next few weeks!
