Pharmacy would not provide stock information on ADD medication for my son who is all out and can not go to school without it. I have called 15 stores around Houston looking for this medication. Sams club is the only pharmacy to ask for dr call to ask if in stock. Doctor is not doing that and this is a barrier/fake solution. If I run out of water should I source a well?9

12/4/2023 3:50 pm I called Sam's Club in Katy.Tx for reorder medication. The name of the medication was Methotrexate 25mg Tab. The woman who answered the phone in such a rude manner that I didn't know how she was hired at that job, and sometimes she mocked me by saying that I don't understand what you was saying. she answering phone in an irritated voice, not even bothering to answer the customer's phone call. I currently have a Plus membership, but I think I need to cancel it. This is truly a service comparable to Costco. I think Sam's Club needs to pay more attention to employee personality training. It was my mistake not to ask her name. It was worst service experience

This has got to be the worst Sams location ever. The traffic going in and out of this place is beyond ridiculous, and don't even think of placing an online order for curbside because either you don't get a text it's ever ready or you wait outside for 2 hrs for someone to come out. The staff couldn't care less about timing issues either and have the audacity to get rude when you call. The have been saying they are understaffed for years, well shut down already. You aren't worth the "money saved".

Scheduled a curb side pickup order, and unfortunately wasn't able to get it because of the technicalities behind an account. The only reason I'm leaving this review is due to the Merchandise Manager - Royal and Curbside employee - Mario for their lack of customer service. Mario had an unnecessary attitude when it came to the situation so we asked for a manager. He wasn't of much help either when explained the situation. Royal failed to deescalate the issue and offered no resolutions, other than "we canceled your order". Try avoiding these two when dealing with any issues/concerns you may have, it will get no where but to the corporate office as a complaint.

The store is always packed so it's frustrating trying to get in and out. You use to save a lot but not anymore. Like what am I even paying a membership for??? The only reason I did it one more time is to get things in bulk. But honestly I'm gonna start going elsewhere. Not worth the stress coming here

I have placed pick up orders for 7p-8p and never got the message they were ready until the next day twice. The third time I had to call up there to make sure I will be getting the order that day so they won't do it to me again and it took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. Twice they have forgotten something. Once it was my flowers the second time was zip lock bags. I'm sick of the terrible customer service. You can't get nobody on the phone to solve the issue. Every time I call someone either hangs up on me. Or answers the phone and puts it on mute and has me waiting there and eventually hangs up. So you're forced to go up there. Just an inconsiderate location.

I would like just once that the food court is not out of something. Condiments are always lacking, today it's no Dr Pepper. Sadly, it's not only this location with the same issues!

I used to think I was saving at Sam's club, but honestly prices are ridiculous. The mozzarella cheese bag used to be $6 more is $16!!! What! Also, they should hire friendlier employees, especially in the food court section. Today I visited the store with my 2 little nieces, one 5 & 2 years old, a lady that was just standing by the line and hushing people to leave because it was exactly 7PM. I truly understand that closing time is closing time but if you have a display that is still full with pizza and hot dogs and you feel entitled to just tell NO to people that are hungry because you want to leave... you just don't yell at your customers and roll your eyes at people. There are better ways in how to treat people.

The pepperonipizza is my favorite!I have only eaten at this location so I can't really tell you about the other locations.It's a good deal and the staff do a great job, friendly and quick with your order.I haven't been back since Covid hit. I need to make some time and see them again.

It's always super packed, finding what You are looking for I can be hit or miss, don't expect to get the large cases of water on a weekend they will be sold out unless you go first thing in the morning, often times the meat options seem to be overpriced but overall they have a lot of things that you can't get anywhere else it's Sam so none of this is out of what your expectations would be. The cooked food at the kitchen is really great for the price most people look like they come there for breakfast, lunch or dinner and then a shot which is not a bad option you won't find anything else cheaper for dinner.

Worse gas station to experience every time I attempt to get gas!!! The machines are always malfunctioning and there's no attendant to help with the issues!!! Any type of savings is not worse the headache!!! Im staying far away!!!

Two improvement ideas for this store: 1. Lower the volume on the audio so you can communicate well 2. Reserve parking for the auto repair department. I had to park for service in front of store. This would greatly improve customers service. Hope you agree.

More like Shams Club, because we don't really seem to save much money off Walmart by coming here, so why pay for the membership? It's just nicer and cleaner and quieter I guess. Barbi is now officially a member of Sam's Club which means we can come here and get some deals, but honestly I prefer shopping at Walmart. I know it's more run down and busy but we are part of that Riff Raff that Walmarts it up, and proud of it, and it does seem to have a little bit more variety than the actual Walmart, but then less of other things, and I don't really feel like we're saving that much money when we come to Sam's, if any. But you can judge for yourself when you come and check it out.
