No issues with this location overall as for the most part the staff has treated me well, food tastes good, and the inside has been clean every time I have visited. That said I think it’s pricy for what you get. If I am going to drop $10 on a sandwich and chips I think there are better places where you get more food for the price (that tastes just as good). Also I am mainly giving 4 stars to this location because I find it frustrating that none of their cookies are on display. So when I want to get a cookie I have no way to see the flavors, sizes, etc. Kind of frustrating considering Jimmy John’s and Potbelly always have their cookies front and center on display.Parking: Water drainage issue in the parking lot if it rains heavily.

Really good food and service never been disappointed at this location. Fairly fast service despite the small line that had formed. One of the last fast food chains that give real large meals. The sandwich was huge as was the drink. Great main courses and desserts. Instead of the same old fast food. You should really try this sandwich shop.

I frequent Schlotzsky's quite often, and this Schlotzsky's is by far the worst mainly because they would not honor one of my rewards. Even the manager would not honor the reward. The reward was for a free drink didn't say what size they would only give me a small I wanted a large, all the other Schlotzsky's in the area will give me the reward except this one I will never go back to this one.
Was craving Cinnabon on a Sunday, and tried out the Rueben Sandwich. Everything was A-MAAA-ZING! Great service, clean and nicely decorated indoor eating area. Will be back soon ?
