Food, Service and Atmosphere are great. The Protein waffles and Donuts I highly recommend, delicious. The shakes are good for post workouts and the Mega Teas with energy are my favorite. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I can't say enough about this spot! The smoothies and teas are deliciously healthy and satisfying. The service is genuinely impeccable!! Israel is super awesome and knows his stuff! Tell him what you need and he not only makes suggestions but explains the why. Love it! Check them out...

The smoothies were on point! We got the Chocolate Banana & Reese's smoothies. The owner caught on that we were headed for a taqueria and suggested an amazing spot for us to go and eat at. I'd say the customer service is outstanding. Keep doin what your doin!

After a workout ? from the gym, I tried this nutritional meal. At least that is what I started out with. As soon as my crepes hit the table, I inhaled it. The crepe consisted if Nutella, strawberry, and banana.I had the triple berry tea to wash it down. No caffeine please. The drink was make with strawberry, raspberry, and blueberries. Yum. The price is definitely elevated ($10 and no alcohol).But there is a premium for eating healthy. The service was spectacular, but definitely need to look for it the strip center since the sign us visible unless you know where to look.
