For all the ones mentioning Racial Profiling… who piggy backed on one persons experience shame on you. The staff here is amazing I have hosted many oil and gas team-buildings here with people of so many ethnicity’s and genders including transgender. Christi has a newborn and still shows up nightly to provide excellent bar service. Host your company event here and disregard the ridiculous claims.

We walked into this establishment and waited around 30 minutes for a drink. We let Kat the bartender know we no longer wanted our drink because of how long it took to get served. She then came by 10 minutes later to let us know we were no longer welcome at the bar since we weren’t ordering. There were only 2 tables she was taking care who all had drinks. This is a horrible establishment and the bartender doesn’t apparently know how to tend bar. I will not be returning and I have been a customer since this bar opened.

We wanted to go out after eating at hot pot, so we picked this spot since it was right by Haidilao.Bartenders both saw us as we sat at the bar, but never even greeted us or said "hi, just a minute". After 10 minutes, we left. The last straw was one of the bartenders just jumping on her phone and standing there, rather than even coming up to us.

This is a very cute, small place to enjoy a gathering with some friends to sing your heart out. The selection at the bar is great. I don’t worry about them not having something I like. It’s within walking distance from restaurants so it’s great after dinner activity. If I didn’t live far, I’d come here more often.

We decided to try the spot even with the reviews but unfortunately…we get why the ratings are low. We’ve been here an hour, we both put songs on there to sing, and mysteriously our songs disappeared from the list. They offered to try and get them back on there but never did. My husband got one in but I never got mine on the list. And we watched some people get multiple songs in and I never got one in. After 90 minutes we decided to just go. It’s sad.

Initially apprehensive due to the reviews, I must admit that my experience at this place surpassed my expectations. We decided to give it a chance and ended up having an amazing time. The drinks were delightful, and the process of signing up for karaoke was hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves without encountering any issues. Although we didn't get a chance to try the food, overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Ive been here a handful of times and I always have a a good time. The reviews are wild lol Ive never had any issues! We are going Friday with a big group and we plan to try the food and have fun! I will say I did notice other people who came in after us sang before us so hopefully they get that corrected but other than that we had a BLAST! Always do Support local business ya
