Simply phenomenal!Our host Dana was very courteous and provided our family with a fabulous customer experience.The Double Spicy Baja (I ordered without guacamole) was amazing! I couldn’t decide between the Smashfries and the Haystack Onion Rings so my husband got one and I got the other. The Smashfries were just WOW!We enjoyed our visit so much we started looking for the Smashburger closest to home and then started talking about franchise curiosity.Thank you to Dana and the staff at Smashburger in Katy on I-10&Pin Oak for a great lunch experience!

Placed an order online for the wrong location.... THIS LOCATION!! After I realized this location was 20mins away from my home. I called them to make them aware of it. The gentleman that answered the phone told me to go to location I wanted to pick it up from and they would make it for free. Of course this information was not true. Then he stated he would put me on the phone with the manager, she never came to the phone. I could hear her in the background telling the young man to tell me “there ain’t nothing I can do about that” she didn’t even have the decency to come to the phone. What a terribly run establishment, my 2nd time trying this place and I run into this. I would not recommend this place, especially NOT this location!

Disappointed!!! Not sure why Smashburger boast on their milkshakes - it's a total failure compared to others like Sonic, Fuddruckers and Freddy's to name a few. On top of that, they are overpriced and the young lady here lack enthusiasm about serving us. You can do much better elsewhere.

Okay so what review am I supposed to put when I order 40 minutes ahead of time and they don't even put the order through. To top it all off they show attitude as if I'm wasting their time. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

I've grabbed a burger and fries here several times since they've opened. You know what, their gluten-free burgers are pretty darn yummy! The fries always seem to be freshly dropped and are not oily or greasy like other popular burger places. I find the staff at this location always friendly and very accommodating. Definitely worth the trip for a great burger. I've never had a bad meal or bad service here. Totally safe gluten-free dining experience every time for me.

I usually stop by smashburger every once in a while. For some reason this time, with the mask mandate, quick service, great customer service, worker held the door when I left, the food was the freshest tasting and nice and hot. Best service and food quality I have had there ever from there. The manager running the place now, awesome job. Ill be back

We came in and ordered to go. Online ordering and curbside pick up is also available. Safety measures are definitely implemented because of COVID. There's limited seating for dine-in; a huge portion of the restaurant is closed. Looks like they also have outside seating open. When you walk in, they have a sanitizing station. There's a table between you and the cashier that has the credit card processing machine on it as well as hand sanitizer. Masks are required (unless you're dining in), employees also wear gloves and social distancing is enfoI ordered the Spicy Baja with Guac. Comes with jalapeños, guacamole, pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and chipotle mayo on a chipotle bun. I did quite a few modifications....no bun, no jalapeños (fresh), added bacon, fried egg and pickles. Also ordered a side of brussel sprouts. My pictures don't look very appetizing but my food was amazing!!

Ordered food to go. They gave me two empty cups. I repeated that I had ordered two tea’s. The girl just looked at me and motioned that the drinks are ‘over there’. I asked, ... so I order to go and I have to make my own drinks? She said yes you do. So, I go to make my drink and there is no tea ‘over there’. So I’m told it’s up at the front counter where I was originally standing in the beginning asking why I had to pour my own drink. I go to pour my tea, and the same girl who refused to make my drinks, cuts in front of me because she doesn’t want me to touch the handle. This totally violated my personal 6 foot distance space. And really aggravated me because I’d I cannot touch the handle and it was a to go order, then why wasn’t my drink ready for me in the first place???
