My experience at this Smoothie King's drive-through location on Morton Ranch Road here in Katy TX on February 24, 2024 around 12:30pm left me incredibly upset and feeling mistreated as a customer. Upon ordering and asking for a small vegan pineapple spinach smoothie in a plastic cup, I was handed a medium-sized one in a foam cup instead. This discrepancy immediately raised concerns, especially when I observed the customer in front of me receiving their order in a plastic cup.When I questioned the employee at the window about the cup size and material, she dismissively claimed they were out of plastic cups. This response felt deceitful and disrespectful, especially considering I had just seen plastic cups being used moments before. The tone she used only exacerbated my frustration, as it felt dismissive and uncaring.Seeking resolution, I decided to speak with the manager inside. However, what I anticipated to be a straightforward apology and correction of the mistake turned into a further disappointment. Instead of acknowledging the issue and apologizing, the manager defended the employee's actions, blaming the lack of plastic cups on their distance from the window.This lack of accountability and customer service left me feeling even more upset and mistreated. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty. The manager's refusal to acknowledge the problem and the employee's dismissive attitude only reinforced my sense of being mistreated.Leaving the store without any form of apology or resolution only added to my frustration. It's disheartening to think that poor leadership and customer service standards are allowed to persist within the franchise. My dissatisfaction with this experience has prompted me to contact corporate, as I believe it's important to address these issues to ensure better treatment for future customers.

Shasta is an outstanding person good attitude. Customer Service is great she did she did more then 10 orders by her self and still taking drive-ins and open customer in the building. Thank you for all your work hun. I hope that you find some employee that work just as hard as you she truly needs a raise in pay .

They don't even deserve 1 star.... little nasty , rude manager/owner Daisy arguing with me thru the drive thru window needs a lesson in customer service ! Also needs to learn how to listen to instructions ! Give me my refund! I didn't even take your nasty drink.Stay away from the Morton Ranch

Ordered two drinks that taste like absolutely nothing. Bleended ice. Called back and was advised I needed to physically come in the store for a refund, which is a inconvenience. No apology or anything. Would have appreciated a little more kindness and compassion after I was given blended ice.

Didn’t have the ingredients for my mobile order, and the employee didn’t know how to process a refund. The employee called their manger which they said I would have to come back in the morning for a refund… ended up getting another drink I didn’t want and just gave it to a family member. What a waste of time. Do better smoothie king.

Legacy

Clean establishment as well as the restrooms, relaxing upbeat music. I ordered one of the Pitaya blend bowls. It was surprisingly really good ? Navea provided excellent customer service. I recommend this location.

My husband went here to get me the pj bowls and the bowls was half filled with crumbs of granola’s. This is not the first time this has happened but this is the first time I’ve decided to complain because $13 is a lot of money for a skimpy bowl with crumbs of granola. They don’t always measure like the owner is saying, and they give you crumbs of granola.

Bad service. We waiting 30 mins in a 3 car line. This is every time we come. They need new people that can work fast or new machines that can make the smoothies faster. Do better smoothie king!!

I see why this place has so many negative reviews. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for TWO SMOOTHIES. Upon ordering through the speaker the woman took my order twice. When u get to the window they had no clue what my order was. Management needs to train their staff

They were pretty quick and friendly. I do feel like smoothie King May have went up on the price maybe not I’m not sure but I got a small for 703.It’s the new watermelon that they have advertised. It’s watermelon lemonade.

They are very rude in there. I waited 20 minutes for my smoothie. And they didn’t have any other customers. Also when you tell them thank you they never polite. It’s sad
