Food is delicious and worth the wait. Pancake batter of all pancakes were consistent and tasty. Very soft and big. Not too sweet and just right .The Benedict was very good and hollandaise sauce was very rich in flavor. The hashbrowns were different in a very good way. Just overall enjoyed our visit. Servers were very polite and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Experienced horrible customer service on 3/12/2024. We enjoy this restaurant very much. So much that we were just here the day before and enjoyed our meal on the patio which is where we eat when we come. We were sitting outside for about 15 minutes with no service so I went inside and asked the hostess if we could get some assistance. She stated that the patio was closed. She offered no resolution no explanation only that the patio was closed. I asked her if there was a sign posted indicating this for I would have never sat outside for 15 minutes unnecessarily. She ignored me and refused to answer so I asked her once more which she ignored my request and refuse to answer again . I came to her looking for some assistance because the job of a hostess is to welcome and seat customers. This situation has affected me enough to where I am writing this review 24 hours after the encounter. I and my wife really enjoy this restaurant and the ambiance of the patio. If we do decide to ever return I hope there is a sign indicating whether or not the patio is open or at least some simple communication with the hostess staff.

Server was terrible, waited over an hour to be seated and when we were done eating it took over 20 mins to get our check, no wonder the wait times are so long, we were just taking up a table for no reason!!! Our food came out wrong after the server chose to not write anything down and he blamed everything on the kitchen. The table next to us found a metal bristle from a brush used to clean their grills in their food and we never heard the server or the manager apologize for that HUGE mistake, that’s not only dangerous but extremely gross!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE!

I dined at this location on November 28th at approximately 9:45 am. My food, drink and service were great but there was a server with blue hair sipping on starbucks distracting all her coworkers who, throughout my entire meal, I could hear across the restaurant loudly cracking jokes and talking about inappropriate things with her coworkers. She was talking about everything from getting black out drunk to having her coworkers describe the color of her mucus to see if she has a viral infection or not. And much much more. If you’re going to have these conversations at work be self aware enough to have them quietly. No body wants to hear it.
