Visited on 3/27/2024 and I don’t believe the food was fresh. I ordered large tots with cheese and a # 8 combo with large tots with cheese and the tots were crunchy as if it had been sitting up for hours. The jumbo chicken wasn’t fresh. I didn’t realize until I’m at home. You know how chicken appears when you tear it open it has that dry look as if it’s been sitting up. This is on management and the people they choose to hire and run their facility. I rarely see cars. They’re never busy like chic-fil-a and I see why. They weren’t busy when I went and the person who bagged this food and had the audacity to serve to the public shows how much you don’t care about what you serve to the customer. They need new management and a new crew. We waited for a while for them to put a restaurant in the neighborhood and this is what we get.??♀️?? I want to add video and photos but for some reason I can’t now.

They never get the toppings rightI ask for chocolate blast with hot fudge and they give me a regular chocolate blastThis has happened at least 5 separate timesI'm like they're busy they can forget toppings But what happened today just sent me over the edgeI order a chocolate chunk brownie blastAnd they give me it and I see peanut butter on it (I'm allergic to peanut butter)That experience just ruined that sonic for meI will not be going back to this sonic until they figure out how to put on toppings

They keep using a cheese wiz for the cheese in the burritos and it’s not good lol. And the slushes were so syrupy that we had to wait for them to melt quite a bit.

My wife and I frequent this specific Sonic every morning. Ms. Rose is a pleasure to talk to and a delightful to see with every visit. Stopped by for a late Lunch. The drinks were perfect but I wish I could say the same for the popcorn chicken. We use the app to order as we get close to the establishment. The first red flag should have been the speed at which our “fresh order” of popcorn chicken was ready. They were cold and dry with the consistency of cardboard. Terrible. We’ll avoid this location after mid-morning from now on.

Second time in a row we order blast and they put nothing in them, plain icecream. Time before that didn't give us half of our food. Kids that work here don't care and obviously managment needs some training in training! Ridiculous to say the least.

I placed a mobile order. Food was prepared correctly. Staff was friendly. The only suggestion I have is to make pickup easier by numbering the pick-up slots. No one wants to call a number on a sign and hope someone can answer the phone. FYI, they were busy and did not, so I ended up going through the drive thru.
