The cashier Blondie girl is cool excelente , but the guy Josue no good my Macha Lavander ,so I don't see the Lavander color jajajja, he put a lot ice ,two time , really?

First and last time coming to this starbucks. The employee was talking on the phone and ignoring me. The drinks were awful and super water down. Worst iced caramel macchiato ever!!

Are you kidding? I don’t ever expect the REAL Starbucks when I grab a coffee at Randall’s. But, I DO EXPECT you know know if you have the ingredients you say you know. I expect hot coffee not cold coffee. I expect one kind of coffee not the blend of two because you ran out. I expect you to know how to prepare a travelers set. Know the cups. Know the condiments. Lord Ana is POOR.

I was given a cold brew because the nitro machine ran out, if I had known this I would have ordered something else but instead they told me AFTER they handed me the cold brew that the machine was broken. I paid extra for nitro and then they told me nitro was the same as cold brew just without ice. Even I said it wasn’t the same (as I know that nitro cold brews are brewed differently and stronger! Which is why I preferred it) and I was like okay cus I didn’t want to argue and had waited long enough. Next time I don’t want to be made something else because the machine was out and corrected about it, I’d rather someone told me first and let me change my order instead of giving me something that tastes terrible!

The customer service here SUCKS. The attitudes are bad. I understand they are busy but getting snapped at for asking a question is not acceptable under any circumstance.

We were there last Wednesday in the early afternoon, and the girl who made my drink was so AMAZING!!!-- 2 decaf shots w/ one pump of white mocha over ice w/ whole milk. This is my hubby's account, but my name is Kat.I forgot my barista's name b/c I'm not great at names, but she was a young African-American girl, in her teens, and she made my day!!! Thank you for hiring such a sweet girl. She did your store proud. :)

This is one of the most ridiculous drive through service ever the lady was so unprofessional i waited on for my service after waiting a long 6 minutes and then she asked nicely to wait but the wait turned into another 6 minutes and i asked if i could please take my order and she told me to go to another Starbucks because she said i was being rude the least i was expecting as a costumer is to get an explanation why it was taking so long this lazy lady should get fired .

they're always out of something in this place and when i tried to order something else of course they were out of an ingredient to make it, they said it would still taste the same and it did not. on top of that i ordered a venti and they filled up my cup more ice than the actual drink a WASTE OF MONEY
