I came in and asked for a surprise me drink and they were so nice about it! I get that sometimes it can be annoying but they were so kind and considerate. The drink was amazing!!! I wish I could remember everything in it because I would love to re order it! A+ customer
I normally come to this Starbucks because it’s close to my home and the seating is comfortable/cozy. The experience I had recently wasn’t the greatest though. I ordered a customized drink and extra milk. I didn’t know that extra milk would cost more money, which is fine. I don’t mind paying more, but the attitude I got when I asked for more milk started out really defensive. It was as if she assumed I was trying to get more out of my money by getting a cheaper drink.
