Do not go this place!!! This girl is so rude and can’t make any of beverages!!! I ordered first pistachio Frappuccino … she did .. I tasted it was horrible… I asked is that really Frappuccino Pistachio… is it ingredients changed because it’s doesn’t taste like … I asked to replace to Frappuccino cookie cramble… which is absolutely different one she gave me… and yes tastes horrible …and doesn’t look that at alllll .. where is management ??????

There is always no one inside, we just have to wait 20mins and leave, even if we let the Kroger people know, still no use. Better to close this store and not make customers wait and waste their time.

Nov 2023 - Starbucks inside Kroger on Gaston/Falcon Landing was ? today. I made my annual purchase of their Christmas Blend coffee. It's the BEST coffee they make. It was not busy. It was clean. The shelves were fully stocked. I got my bag, took it yo the self checkout, and ? boom, it was done!Dec 2023 - went to Kroger early today for gift cards. They have a good variety and wide selection to choose from here.

Stood there waiting well over 5 min , the Starbucks associate Emily looked at us and went back to talking to another Kroger associate ignoring us again until what looked like a supervisor walked by … if your busy acknowledging the customer but no your were just chatting and ignoringUpdate: came back again same girl at the counter Emily, tried giving it a chance .. she was rude yet again.. in talking to my husband to get his order .. she chimed in talking over me with sarcastic commentary that was not needed…At this point I’ll go back to other coffee companies near by… is it so hard to get service with a smile, or a nice overall experience.. telling me you know what he wants .. rolling your eyes is not necessary nor the comment …

The girl working was very rude and didn’t even acknowledged me and my family while she took our order. Was talking to someone while she was doing our drinks! The regular lemonade was horrible, the acai refresher didn’t have the strawberry inclusions, we ordered 3 caramel brûlée lattes and didn’t have any caramel or any of the whipped cream. There was no reason to act like that, Horrible Service!

The girl working was very rude and hardly acknowledged me as she took my order. Was on the phone arguing with someone so I had to wait longer! Could not read her name tag but it looked like Tara! No reason to act like that, if you don’t like your job go some place else!

Will give them 0 star if I could. Made a mobile order at 2:04 today (April 2) and when I went to pick up, I waited 20 mins and NO ONE was there. Asked a Kroger employee and was told someone will be here at 3pm. I don't want to wait another 30 min for a coffee so I left. There is no way I could cancel the order on the app, or get a refund. I felt being scammed

I’m only giving 2-stars because my banana bread was perfect. Customer service was hor-ri-ble! I waiting and was ignored for 30 minutes only to get told “you have to go to customer service”. The lady that was working today kept looking at me and ignored my presence there. Worst Starbucks experience ever!

Every time I go to order like 8:30 pm they say they closed the espresso machaine. The website mentions the store closes at 9pm, please change the time on website to 8:30pm. It’s happened twice so please change your time on google sites too.
