Two people working were slow and not very customer oriented. Sandwich barely had any chicken on it. Had to go back and get extra. Been to this one a few times while traveling to Katy. Same thing every time. I rarely do this but I do not recommend this location.

ordered me and my gfs sandwich through the app and they forget to inform anything is out of stock and forgot my cookie and when my gf went back to get our sandwiches remade the completely make a different sandwich than the one we wanted so we just decided to cut our losses and went home cuz there's no point in even attempting a third time

ordered online, two sandwiches and a cookie- realized the sandwiches had no sauce and was missing a cookie, i went back and told them to redo both sandwiches. i don't know how they ended up messing up on these two sandwiches not once but twice.. but the service was horrible. but hey, if you're in the mood for horrible service & sandwiches are completely different from what you ordered definitely come here. i should've just got my money back and gone somewhere else!! don't waste your time here lollllllll
