I do not know if the food will be good or not. I am not eating it. The young man was great and made two of our three sandwiches. The older lady made mine and coughed on mine. I let them know I would not be eating it since it was coughed on. This is unacceptable to have someone working and coughing all over the food.

Didn't notice until I left, they skimped on the meat bigtime here. Felt like half the meat as usual for a footlong sandwich.Every other place usually folds it over for 2 layers, this location had no folding or overlapping.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Not sure why this location hired only Spanish speaking workers and not even one worker that speaks English. When ringing up my order, the worker only spoke Spanish and huffed and puffed her breath at me over a coupon. She then only spoke Spanish about the coupon and kept pointing for me to pay. I’m all about Spanish speaking and aware of it being Texas, but a worker that refuses to respond in English knowing that’s all you can understand and making you pay full price when you have a coupon is just wrong. Make sure your workers, or at least one of them is truly bilingual!!

I’m from upstate NY & Subway BMTs usually bring me home, but THIS location made it taste like a ham sandwich! WORST SUBWAY E V E R! They can’t even make a decent TUNA sub! ALL of the sandwiches were AWFUL & a joke with fillings!!!! And they don’t answer the phone or return calls - guess they don’t want to hear the complaints!

Ridiculous language barrier. Zero English speaking employees and an all English menu is crazy. Trying to order what’s right in front of me and she just keeps saying “no, we out”?! Seriously. Order by number and you better know the number in Spanish. Food assembled in a mess and I get it Id be frustrated too but then very visibly angry (shoving the food into the divider) when we didn’t tip (at a “fast food restaurant”) for a bad experience and not the food we came in for. Nope.

Every time I go to this location lately the workers don’t know English and don’t know the menu. I’m not talking about an accent or limited English. I’m talking about they can’t understand what you say and you can’t understand what they say. My wife went this time and he couldn’t understand what a BMT was. He only wants you to point at your bread and point at what you want on your sandwich. If you are going to run a restaurant you should at least be bilingual or learn the menu and basic order info. so you can at least communicate.

My husband was accosted by the woman behind the counter today. She yelled at him and had an aggressive attitude the entire time. She belittled him to another employee. What a vile person! We will NEVER return.

We ordered sandwiches and chips at lunch today for delivery. Got the sandwiches but not the chips. Have tried 7 times to call the store to get a refund. They don't answer the phone. Texted the Door Dash driver about it too to suggest he check orders when he picks them up. Sorry service everywhere these days. Nobody cares about customer service anymore. Will have to go to the store to have a conversation with them. It will not be complimentary to them.

The fountain machine still broken even today making it a month already. The ladies servicing are very nice and polite, but their English is limited, which it wouldn't be a problem if the owner hired at least one English speaking employee; but makes us think, does the owner favors saving even more money by hiring low paid immigrants regardless of language barrier.Won't be stopping there anytime soon.

I've been to this location many times and I completely understand how others that review this location feel .They give you the 'stink eye' if you don't tip .Why should i tip?The fountain drink machine has never worked since I first went .They are opposed to making changes on my sandwich.And yes , I do not order the new sandwich line up . I order the meal dictated by my dietary needs .The chips are always disheveled and cookies bin always empty .*Sigh* I miss the old subway .If we had more fast food options that Subway and those that own it would be long gone.I will not miss this Subway when it eventually closes down .Please fix these issues, I know it will never happen, but at least I voiced my opinion.
