The whole menu has changed so I went inside to order so I could speak to someone. Was told “our counter ordering is closed. You can go to the kish and place your order. If you need help just ask.” Well no one was up front to ask a question. We wanted some steak burritos but couldn’t find them. We settled for steak quesadillas. Wanted the box of crispy tacos, couldn’t find any. Finished our order, turned around and waited for our food. Then we saw on the menu where there is steak burritos. Also, the line cook dropped a quesadilla from the hot griddle to the floor, picked it up, cut it, placed it in a wrap then put it in OUR BAG!!!!! Then when I try to pull up the receipt that was supposed to be emailed to me……. It’s not there!!!!!We will never purchase anything from this store again!!!! We spent $56.61 so NOT worth it !!!

Terrible service sat in line for 40 minutes once your past the menus your stuck, slow as hell I've never worked for a Taco Bell but I'm sure I could've make these orders way quicker .... Management needs to get involved and corporate or the franchise owner ... this location has much more availability for increasing profits if they just would invest in employees ... or wake the ones up tonight from their naps

A young lady by the name Honesty provided us with great service. I’ve usually stopped going to this location due to bad customer service in the past but I will definitely return in the future if the employees show the same professionalism and positive energy that Honesty showed to us. She repeated our order once more at the window to make sure we had everything right and served us with a smile. The small details never go unnoticed! Props to you Honesty!

Very disappointed. Very bad customer service! They gave me the wrong order and they got mad because of it. We are never coming back. They should be train properly. They made me get down from the drive thru and when I went to the dinning room it was disgusting. The staff definitely look like they did not want to be there I understand but it’s the attitude they gave while I was calm and just asking for my drinks.
