Great food and service! After stopping by on a whim, I soon realized that Cuauhtemoc is one of if not the best food trucks in the Katy area. The ambient is joyful, the servers are attentive, and the food is great. Not to mention it's worth every cent.
The people where really nice....and accommodating. The burrito (beef) was bigger then my hand. Very fulfilling. It was full of stuffing which I think anyone will and can appreciate. The torta was also very filling and bigger then my hand. For the burrito I do wish they it can with more veggies. I'll be going back for sure!

The tacos were very tasty, we really liked (pastor and fajita), the red and green salsa are not super spicy, but very delicious, the only that they need to add and make the tacos fantastic is avocado. Recommended.
