The menu is extensive, with everything from tacos and burritos to enchiladas and fajitas. The food is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are truly authentic.I've been to Taqueria El Bronco several times, and I've always been impressed with the quality of the food. My favorite dish is the seafood tostadas. The tostadas are made with fresh corn tortillas, topped with a generous amount of grilled shrimp, crab, and avocado. The salsa is also delicious, and it really brings the dish together.Other dishes that I recommend include the tacos al pastor, the carnitas burrito, and the chiles rellenos. The tacos al pastor are made with marinated pork that is cooked on a vertical spit. The carnitas burrito is filled with shredded pork that is cooked in a delicious sauce. And the chiles rellenos are made with poblano peppers that are stuffed with cheese and then fried.The service at Taqueria El Bronco is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, and it's a great place to go for a casual meal with friends or family.Overall, I highly recommend Taqueria El Bronco. It's one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Katy. The food is authentic, delicious, and affordable. And the service is excellent.

I have been to this restaurant three times and the first two times I was never charged extra for salsa or substitution of side. The third time I visited I was helped by another lady that was rude. She charged extra for every little thing even salsa. They didn't give me any salsa at all. I would understand if I asked for five more, but she charged for every little thing and did not give any good customer service.
Food is excellent perfectly seasoned and flavored. We went back the next day and ordered different dishes and food was also delicious. Service could use some improvement but waitresses were friendly. They all had their noses buried in their phones sitting in a corner table. TVs were a little too loud. Food came out quickly on both days we went.

Food was alright I was 50/50 on returning back or not but once I received my receipt I saw that I was charged extra meet on a plate which I never requested, plus also a random miscellaneous fee that I have no idea what it was for.. definitely won't be back again ?

Use to get our Tacos here but now we’ll go across the street. Same Tacos just better service. The waitress left me waiting for 20 min and let my tacos go cold before I had to remind her of myself and she turned around and grabbed my bag that I had seen sitting there for 15min. No apology and she acted like she didn’t care. Horrible customer service.
