It was yesterday when I tried out Halal Guys for the first time. Absolutely recommend this place 10/10 food!! Service was great, I was attended by a young man named Eddy. He was very polite and welcoming and he recommended the combo platter to me. Will definitely be stopping bye more often.
Ordered take out through DoorDash, and this mistake is almost unbelievable. 2 beef gyro platters, both received with no meat. One was literally just rice. I have no possible idea how you can just pour rice in and forget everything else, close it up, and send it on its way. Just ridiculously bad.

I tried almost everything on the menu and I must confess that I want more of their food; most especially, the spicy sauce with anything at this moment.Customer Service: One thing that I always look forward to is the people. I can avoid eating at a restaurant due to poor service but Halal guys won my heart as soon as I walked through their door. The servers were amazing and I watched as they gave each customer their undivided attention while serving me as well.Location: This is located in a very clean and nice area where one has easy access to everything; shopping mall and a great park for kids while enjoying a bite from Halal Guys.Recommendation: I highly recommend here. Awesome place. Food was great. Best part was the staff. Jose was great and very accommodating. My hands were full with my kiddos and he helped seat us with our food. His co worker was very nice as well interacting with my four and five year old. Thank you for being patience and kind to your customers. Other places need to have manners and service like this.
As flavourful as expected ??Portion seems smaller than before (inflation excuse ?), especially the wrap.The limited edition Za'atar chicken was a pleasant surprise - much more savory than the regular. Hope it will be a staple item in the future!Tahini and white sauces are the ?For those who can handle real spice, try their chili ?
Everything from the service to the food was incredible. The staff was so incredibly nice and one of the servers named Joshua made sure we were taken care of! We definitely will be returning.
