Despite this place having great reviews elsewhere, they recently came to an 4th of July event in Austin, Texas at lost creek country club and the experience was very different. I have never seen so many upset customers in my entire life. Hundreds of people were forced to wait 3+ hours for their food. These included families whose children were unable to eat dinner, missed the fireworks, and were forced to leave early so that they could get food elsewhere. It was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had and I know they will never be welcome at the country club ever again. Absolutely ruined my night and countless others. While the food was good, their organization system was non-existent. Furthermore, they acted like they couldn’t care less about their customers. Many customers were very nice about the situation, but unfortunately most were not. I hope they are able to go back and be more successful in Houston because they will never be successful in Austin. Serious organizational changes need to be made before they can truly operate as a successful business. The last reviews left on this place were years ago, this is an updated one, I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I hope they sell their assets and move to a new line of work as quickly as possible.
