I asked for chicken bacon ranch, but bacon on a side. The manager said he can't do that it's either in or none. When I asked why, his answer was, "I'm not going into explanation"!!U have no idea about customer service! I don't know if u r only the manager or also the owner because if u r just the manager, u really should get some courses of your job basic skills. But if u r also the owner, then u really need to work hard on your attitude. Terrible customer service in this location, and it's not the first time.

I come in here all of the time. No complaints about the smoothies and they are made quick. However the employees here seem so disinterested. No greetings, no smile no willingness to know their usual patrons. I always leave the place feeling a little bit

Love this place I live in fulshear and I’m here all the time. They are always kind and professional and the food comes out quick. I’ve always love this restaurant chain so I knew the food was good but if you need a break from surrounding spots this is a good health location to eat. and it’s SUPER CLEAN!!!

The Manager’s in this smoothie place treat their employees horrible they put them down in front of customers and they are new employees nearly learning the job. This woman manager needs to be called out on her unprofessional way of conduct. I will never come back and whoever goes there is helping her mistreat her employees!
