I love coming here whenever I want something to keep me cool. The staff are always nice and the service is pretty quick. I always recommend this place to my friends and love their new bowls.
The smoothie was good, but the service was terrible. The manager is incredibly rude to her employees and treated them with no respect. No one should be yelling at their employees like that especially in front of customers. I found it very disrespectful and inappropriate for the work place.

We came here two days back to back. Our first experience was not so great as far as customer service goes, the young girl working had a very stale face. She didn't great us, say how can I help you or anything. She stood behind the register straight faced so we ordered our food and the only words she said was our total lol. Not a huge deal, maybe she was having a rough morning since it was only 7am at the time. The smoothies were great though! The next day we went we had the opposite experience. We were warmly and happily greeted by a woman who was actually working alone. She was helpful, quick, and kind. At the end of our transaction she mentioned she was the manager so it would be quick even though she was alone. Deedee (not sure if I'm spelling that right) was great! We ordered a smoothie, a wrap, and a chia bowl. The service was quick, friendly, and the food was great. So far we love this place!

Ordered Thai Salad and the Caesar Wrap: Lettuce tasted old and not washed, almost like a chemical taste. The chicken is not real, it was almost gelatinous/liquid texture, the overall taste was inedible.

Honestly I was quite surprised with my experience here. I came here due to a deal I had with tmobile Tuesdays and it gave me a free Flatbread sandwich. I ordered ahead of time and came to it and they had a place for online orders so I can grab and go easily and then when I had the mango monsoon smoothie when I got home it was definitely one of the best smoothies I've had! Better than smoothie king and the good with which was the Chipotle chicken Flatbread was pretty good as well it definitely blew my expectations out of the water and I will most definitely go there again in the future and I encourage anyone else to do the same! I'm sure you will not regret it

horrible customer service just went right now, and the manager on duty was mad, screaming at everyone and everything. Recommend training your staff members again

Restaurant is always clean and relaxing. Smoothies are good and refreshing better than smoothie king. However, I wouldn't not recommend the food. Food tastes and feels rushed.,Ive had the veggie hummus wrap twice. Each time I asked for light ranch and they over do it. Also have had the quesadillas which are not filling and overpriced for what you get. The peanut butter banana flatbread was cold and they used nature valley granola bar(they they would use real granola. The best food item on menu is the Caribbean j*** wrap which is decent. Lastly, the side options are not good and the limited amount of chip options need to change. I don't like cheddar sun chips or baked lays which is all they ever have other than the jalapeño kettle chips which I like but don't care to eat every time. Best advice:Just get a smoothie from here. Not food

Not sure if this company promotes this type of behavior but you guys have a manager there that tried to weaponize 911 against an ex employee! Now, I can see the ex employee being banned for whatever reason but to not inform the employee that they had to vacate premises prior to calling the police is very dangerous and unprofessional in this climate with everything that went on with George Floyd and others senselessly killed by frustrated police.

Great service, clean and welcoming staff!! Smoothie was just how I wanted it! My girlfriend has allergies to certain foods and they helped her pick the best ingredients for her smoothie!
