This has got to be the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! It came with a lot of perfectly fried chicken breast that tasted fresh, not overly fried in old oil like some other places. The thickness of the breading was perfect…not too thick, and the bbq rub I chose for the crust was delicious. The kale slaw is mostly just slaw with some pieces of kale mixed in. It has a delicious mustard tangy dressing. The pickles are great too, but they only gave me 2 slices for that big sandwich ☹️. I love my pickles. It is kind of pricey, but they do use halal chicken which is more expensive than regular chicken. I honestly can’t wait to go back to get me another sandwich with extra pickles this time.

WOW! So great. I was blown away from the awesome customer service. Staff were so nice and kind! I am coming back whenever I can, thank you Urban Bird. This will forever be my favorite place to eat at. Chicken from ANYWHERE else will not compare from this place. When I tell you it's great, it's more than great! It's so clean here and I feel so welcomed in this area. Not a single speck of dirt on the ground. Honestly, thank you so much Urban Bird. I am so happy with this chicken. The mac and cheese is phenomenal as well. I'm always coming here!!!

My 16 year old son loves this place!!! I stay buying good from here!!! I'm hooked though on their fountain blueberry, mango, and strawberry lemonade drinks!!! Yummy!!! And yeahhhh the chicken is better than Raisin Canes, Chik fil a, Popeyes, and KFC!Parking: Never had an issue. Parking is part of a strip so you are sure to find one.

This food was soo good! And the cashier who assisted me, Carlos, was very helpful and fine! When I told him it was my first time there, he patiently answered my questions. I got the Thai fries, and they were so yummy. They were a bit sweeter than I'd like but great none the less. Thai food tends to be on the sweet or spicy side, so I had an idea of what I was getting. I gave four stars because I haven't tried the rest of the items on the list to give a comprehensive review. The fries were great enough to create an allure, so I will def be back! I got my food to go, and it was eaten before I could even think about snapping a pic.

I ordered online. My order was wrong. Missing items and when I asked the employees about it they told me I was wrong… I asked them to check the bag and confirm. Sure enough half my order was missing. I got home and noticed my sandwiches were missing all the toppings and just 2 pieces of tenders and bread. One of my tenders had nice missing. Only reason I gave it one star is because it wouldn’t let me go any less.

If I could leave zero stars I would. the lady in the back preparing all the food, touching my fries and tenders was wearing gloves. The SAME GLOVES SHE TOUCHED HER PHONE AND NOSE WITH. (Just imagine all the places peoples phones are and it never gets cleaned) Then the front desk guy taking orders changed the trash and proceeded to make my basket of fries without washing his hands. Not to mention I waited 30+ minutes for my food and overpaid for mediocre chicken that was cross contaminated at least 3x that I saw. NEVER GOING BACK!
