I went for lunch. Quite empty.There is basically no table service. You must order via the qr code on the table. For me, that is a no go. That began with covid. It should be gone, just like covid. I won't go back. I want customer service at a restaurant. Not a cell phone ecomomy

Don't expect any service or any9ne to check on you. You walk in, find a table and order by QR code in the table. Seems simple and nice if you know the place, but as a first time being there, there is no one to ask for recommendations or check on you. No real directions when you walk in on what to do either. The "wait staff" simply brings your food or drinks to table and you never see them again. The hot wings were not hot. Just very vinegar flavored and sour. The nachos cheese sauce was gross and split, the pork on the nachos over cooked and dry and it seemed like they put cucumbers in the Pico which just makes a weird watermelon flavor when it mixes with the sweet bbq sauce. The blue cheese burger tasted fine, but dry as they are all well done with no options to put how to cook the burger in the ordering app. The Brussel sprouts and Mac n cheese were ok. The seltzer was meh, the beer are ok. No one ever comes to check on you. If you need water it's self serve and at a front counter that hopefully you see when you walk in because you won't have anyone to let you know. We had really high hopes after trying their beers at WWBF. But the experience is a let down and the app wants you to auto tip 20% when service is non existent other than it being a food runner. No idea if there was even a manager working because no one checks on tables. Really missed the mark for us.

Great place with really good beer, but not overly thrilled about having to do everything through an app. Probably the best chicken wings I have had in a couple years but unfortunately it's probably the worst Pizza I have had in the same time. Pepperoni pizza had no sauce, no flavor, and was kind of disappointing.

Nice local spot! One thing to keep in mind if you decide to order a cocktail instead of beer...all of their cocktails are pre-made and are on the light side. Best to avoid and stick with their beer!

This was my first time visiting Voodoo Brewing (Katy Location) and I went in with a friend to check it out during lunchtime. We were greeted warmly by the restaurant and settled in to a seat inside. Our server Dennis was great, he recommended a few options and we ended up ordering the avocado toast, portabello burger, side of beer mac and cheese, brussel sprouts and the grapefruit paloma. They were all great! I think the brussel sprouts and the drink were my favorites. Dennis was nice, easy to talk to and was helpful and observant of our needs the entire time. Great experience!

Dennis the menace was the best server ever. Love that dude. He has the best personality and is a ton of fun to talk to. Enjoy drinks food and easy conversation. We’ll be back and we will definitely ask to be sat with Dennis’s section. ???

When we showed up we did not know what to think, do we stay or do we go. We liked the vibe but the self seating, self ordering from a QR code and self serve water was not our style but the food certainly made up for it. I have to say no one in our family was disappointed with their food, not a single complaint at all. The food had great flavor.The unassuming decor and self seating/self ordering should not deter you from eating here, go and enjoy! I only gave four stars because the QR code ordering is not my favorite but other than that not a single complaint.

I would really like to love this place but the best I can do is 3 stars. The good.. nice place ..wonderful patio..great beers.. I can even get past the little tulip glasses instead of pints given the excuse they serve higher ABV content but I still prefer a pint honestly. The food.. I was here on opening day with a buddy both had burgers and they were ok..not great but not bad a solid b effort. The order system was a disaster. Roll forward to this evening my wife was curious so we stopped in .. again loved the beers.. ordering now has options..the app, the bar, or a server upon request ..but they really like to use the app lol...AND it still sucks.. it worked for my wife..not for me..maybe it's an apple vs android thing..in any case we ordered through a server... the wifes salad was fine..it's lettuce twigs..hummus and chicken..hard to mess up.. my fries were great I wanted something other than the burger and got the cheese steak sandwich. It was a pathetic excuse.. overly sweet..little meat..lots of bread and a a smear of cheese whiz. Just terrible. Just because it was unusual we also tried pickle pizza.. it's wierd so I don't blame voodoo, we picked it and knew it was a risky choice and some reviews love it..but we did not..it was essentially a cheese pizza ..no sauce with pickel slices..we each had a slice and left the rest. If we go back which is doubtful it will be for a few beers and to enjoy the patio. We had high hopes for this place but have been pretty disappointed twice and there are to many great places near by to accept medicore.

If you haven't tried Voodoo Brewing Co. add it to your list! We sat on their dog friendly patio and had a fantastic time. The staff was extremely friendly towards us and our dog. A fresh water bowl was provided at our table. We had a flight of beers to try their 6 year round brews and I have to recommend the Voodoo Love Child! Definitely 10/10 experience!
