Leaving this review with the hopes Wang Shack will improve. To start, I was shorted a wing on my order and given a mini wing in its place. Unfortunately the food was otherwise mediocre. The fries were plain and unseasoned; a few seemed refried. The garlic parm (dry) and pineapple wings were just ok nothing spectacular, they were cooked just right texture wise. My husbands hot and mild wings were a bit overcooked though and his order was the one with the mini wing. The watermelon guava and strawberry peach "lemonades" had no real fruit flavor or lemonade flavor. It tasted more like a sugary sweet tea..we couldn't even tell which flavor was which. Leaving this review here as there is no email listed on the website.

I must say this place is hands down delicious my daughter and husband has gotten hook on their chicken wings and my mom loves the carrot cake . The service is great they're pretty quick with getting your order in and out.

10 out of 10!!! If you love wings this is the place to get them from! I ordered the mango habanero bone in and they were perfect! Flavor was amazing and the spiciness was exactly how I like it! This is definitely our new favorite wing spot!

I would have given them a 5 rating if not for their policies. I love their wings and fries and love ordering from them, till they recently messed up my order. I know mistakes happen, but since the mistake was the fault of the person who took my order I expected more sincerity from the supervisor. Instead I was told sorry we gave you the wrong fries but you would have to bring the fries back in order to give you the fries you actually ordered. I said I was too tired to come back and instead of saying you can stop by anytime to get your fries or giving me a refund I was told no matter when I come back I must be sure to come with the wrong order fries no matter how stale they are. I could not picture myself driving around to work with stale, untouched fries so I just ended the call.

The seasoning for their fries are NEVER consistent. When placing and order online they don’t read the notes about specifics. After a long day of work who the hell wants to argue about SEASONING. I’ll get wings from somewhere else.

Came here not too long ago excited to try something new. We read decent reviews and ordered at the kiosk. We waited over 40 minutes for our food that was honestly underwhelming. The manager didn’t seem to have the best attitude but the employees were very nice even most seemed a little confused.
THE BEST WINGS out there in Houston. This is probably one of the best local wings spot you can ever go to. I have tried wings from other places such as big box brands and local chains but this one supersedes them all.I would definitely suggest trying the bone in wings with the dry rub flavors such as garlic parm and lemon pepper. Lemme tell yall something bout Wang Shack... I'm from Atlanta, GA. They got some really good hot wings out there... and I tried for two years to find wings similar to the ones back home... these it right here. These the ones!! I had to try just bc of the spelling change. Made me feel like they season the chicken a little more because of the Wang and not the Wing... definitely recommend. I always get the mild & lemon pepper mixed with the wet garlic parm fries. Oh and the star of the meal... that Watermeon Guava Lemonade baby!! Best drink I've had in my life. No lie!! Give em a try. And they do first responders and military discount in store!! Always fresh and made to order. The staff is nice and super accurate with their orders. Stop by!!
