This location needs to do more customer service training. I haven't been to a Wendy's in years and only came here because it was the closest option... the drive thru server had no patience when I asked a question and decided to make a change to my order... saying "oh my gosh" out loud instead of providing good service, after initually asking me to wait when I first pulled up . Skip this location at all costs...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy's recently. Not only was the service subpar to say the least, but I also encountered what seemed to be racist behavior from some workers. I hope Wendy's takes immediate action to address these concerns and ensures a welcoming environment for all customers.

Came at 6:18pm 11/24Awesome service was blown away by the kindness of the workers and their manager. First time to this Wendy’s and to say the least I’ll be back!
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING THE FOOD IS NEVER WELL DONE AND THE WORKES ARE VERY RUDE AND VERY LAZY I WENT TODAY AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO YELL AT ME BECAUSE I WANTED ICE AND IM A KID AND EVEN WHEN I ASKED HE GAVE IT TO ME AND YELLED ABOUT IT AFTER DONT COME HERE GO TO MCDONALD'S. PS.IM12
Order was incorrect, but there is a new girl (Maria) who took care of me. Was very friendly, and apologized for the mistake.Will definitely go back as it was fixed fast. No issue. Felt like someone finally cared and took the time to treat a customer correctly. Been here many times drive thru.

They were so fast! My food was out in about 60 seconds. I'm not kidding. The place was really clean and they were friendly, too. This was early afternoon on 8-30-23, btw.

Food is okay, but they can't get the order correct. Open your sandwich before leaving the parking lot or you'll most likely be disappointed. I ordered and paid for a double and my wife's single was ordered with mustard, not mayo. We got 2 singles both with mayo.
