They apparently hire anyone who walks in that door. I was trying to order breakfast and no one attended to me at the drive thru window, so I pulled around and they were having a full blown talk causing me to be late to work.

Rude service. The guy taking orders at the drive through sounded like he just woke up after a night of drinking and was pouty about being bothered. If someone at the front does not have enough energy or manners to even speak properly, I am not going to trust anyone at the place to handle my food.

This locations food is good. However, their speaker is about 4 feet from the menu. When you drive up to the menu, they can't hear you on the speaker. If you stay at the speaker, you can't see the menu.

The dis functional women at the drive through tonight tried to COMMAND ME to pull forward when there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS behind me. I recommend that I wait at the window to prevent her employees from having to leave their stations. And she immediately COMMENDED ME to pull forward. As I tried to reason with her on her colleagues behalf she once again COMMANDED ME to pull forward because it’s (in her words) a fast food company. I explained that there were no other customers and I would prefer to wait at the window as recommended by company policy. Once again she COMMANDED ME to pull forward. When I declined she immediately ran to the back and told the employees preparing the food to Wait!!!! Wait!!!! Wait!!! And at this point all of the other employees recognized her inability to be a representative of the organization and continued to do their job. If someone from management finds out this ladies behavior they would and should be concerned with the way she treats the customers and most importantly the employees. I’m pretty sure she was the one in charge tonight. I feel sorry for all the sweet ladies working in this TOXIC environment.

Eating this made me miss the North, where Wendy's is done right.chili is Tex Mex, fries nasty af, couldn't even eat the nuggets...weird altogether, but the Jr bacon was decent! Frosty definitely a miss. No sauce and old crackers for the chili. I'm not one to review a fast food place cuz let's be real, but dang tonight I needed an emotional fill and dang was it a let down. And for $15 bux you know I should of just stayed home lol.

Three times in a row they have messed up the food order and then on one of these occasions I asked for it to be fixed. Asked to pull forward so they could fix it. 30 min later they come ask me what I am waiting for. Forget ever seeing my business

It's all about consistency. The burgers and nuggets come out pretty good but the fries are hit and miss. I don't have to try one and tell you that they are bad for you to serve me good fries. Just serve me fresh fries from the start.Other than that, staff is friendly and quick. Food is just at good as you'd expect a fast food joint to be.

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up through the drive through 10 minutes later. It wasn't ready so they asked me to pull up. I waited another 18 minutes and finally walked in the store to get my order. It still wasn't ready and it took another 5 minutes for it to be done. Not sure what's going on but the service at this Wendy's used to pretty good . . . . . not anymore.
