I love whataburguer, but this especif location was not even close to provide excellent customer service for a pleasant experience. Drive through was a fast speed processing but inside customers had to wait for more than 40 min to get our orders ready. I most say that the waiting customers were 4 elderly people. Have them waiting is as much disrespectful as careless. Seems like they don't like customers dinning in. I do not recommend this place at all.

I went today, Friday 03/29 at 11:30Pm we were waiting at the front desk to be attended to and no one deigned to assist us, they saw us and didn't even tell us to wait a moment, it was as if we were painted on the wall

Cheeseburger was very salty and cold. French fries were hard, dry and cold. I hadn't come to this burger place in quite sometime, because of previous issues. I see it hasn't change. I thought they advertised items made fresh when order. NOT SO!
The manager tried to give me wilted lettuce multiple times claiming that black and wilted lettuce was fresh and still good.0 Stars!!!!

The food was reasonably warm though I felt the fries weren't the freshest and my burger didn't really have enough jalapenos for my preference.
