Ordered online & when I came to pick up my order I was told it wasn’t ready so i waited for 1 hour & when I asked if the food was ready turns out it was already ready & sitting on the shelf the whole time!! Once I told the member that I was waiting for an hour the only thing I got was a “sorry” followed by a chuckle, don’t bother ordering from this store.

I am so saddened by this times stop at Wing Stop. This is USUALLY one of my biggest pregnancy cravings but they have completely put me off. I got my usual hot honey dry rub flats only and when I opened the box, to my surprise the wings were swimming in grease. It was so bad the seasoning was no longer attached to the wing on that side. SWIMMING. I really should have taken a picture because you just couldn't believe it unless you seen it. We take it back inside and explain to them the problem, very kindly might I add because I see they are busy and we did wait some time for it. They took it back, poured the grease out and handed it back. I WOULD have done that myself BUT NOW I have normal dry rub seasoned chicken on one side and slimy greasy unseasoned chicken on the other side. I think I can speak for everyone when I say the prices of food is TO HIGH to have someone play in your face with your food. We kindly declined the food and just requested a refund.

Hectic and disorganized. Too much commotion. Nice people but weird chaotic energy. The chicken is delicious as is their collection of sauces. I'd recommend getting it to go.
