The supreme passion fruit tea was absolutely delicious and the boba was so fresh! The inside of the boba shop was clean and there was a decent amount of seating and access to outlets in case you want to do work there. I definitely think this place ranks in my top boba shops!!

The Asian lady that works there is very rude there are two girls that work there the other girl is nicer when is there ordered my drink I asked her the chocolate boba latte they did not put any boba in my drink so I called back and told her and she told me that's my fault didn't offer to remake my drink or fix the issue very rude customer service if I can give this play zero stores I would they should treat their customers nicer she didn't even offer to remake my drink that's why I came in there was for Boba

Disappointed. The alley has a much better milk tea. Half suagr still too sweet. Brown sugar milk tea has no taste of brown sugar. And boba is too soft.

I've always known that Yum Cha existed from the Bellaire location, but never actually stopped in until it opened up in Katy (which is where I finally decided to check it out). I'm all about the cheese tea, so of course I had to try their Cheese King Fong Oolong. Would highly recommend for anyone who's in a similar boat. Their fruit teas are also pretty good (very on par for your average boba shop), but I always have to decrease the sugar content (my sweet spot is somewhere between 30-50% depending on my mood). The shop has some pretty cute décor, and it's a decently sized space so social distancing wasn't an issue.

I've been to the Bellaire location numerous of times & I have to say that their drinks are consistent & at a high premium quality. I wanted to see if the Katy location can deliver the same. My friend & I came here after we had lunch at Roegels. I decided on two drinks, I ordered the supreme passion fruit tea & supreme cheese mango tea. The passion fruit tea was pretty much textbook made; it had a nice balance of sweetness & the passion fruit added a good amount of tartness to the drink. The tea was also strong which is perfect. My mango tea was amazing; it was fresh, creamy & natural. The cheese foam added another layer of creaminess to it. This drink was like a smoothie & I enjoyed it with each sip; it also had tea in it as well :). Overall, great drinks, service was excellent from the cashier name Trinh (I think she was new) but keep up the good work. The decor was well put together but I think the Bellaire location looks a little better. I can't wait to come back & try some more drinks.

Walking into the store, it is apparent that the staff does a pristine job at keeping the place clean. The menu has a good variety of teas, smoothies, and lattes. When giving my order Amber helped me was friendly and kind. As for the beverages themselves, I only had the Match Latte, and it was great! I highly recommend coming here

I needed a break during my UberEats job. I took two hour-break here. I paid matcha for $7. I stayed here for two hours. One hour was $3.5. 10 minutes were 0.58 cents. one minute was around 0.06 cents??? Was it cheap??? lol.

The drinks here can get pretty pricey, but I always come back for their refreshing fruit teas. My favorites off their menu are the Supreme Kiwi and the Supreme Peach because of the fruit bits they add to the bottom of the drink. During the summer they're super refreshing, and go great with their aloe vera topping. The drinks aren't overly sweet even at regular, but if you really want to, you can adjust the ice and sweetness level. While paying, make sure you sign up/sign in to their rewards program to get points towards a free drink. Also, if you're in need of a study spot, they've also got tables, wifi, and outlets, and are open slightly later than some of the boba shops in the plaza so you can stay a bit later.

I love coming here! They offer a small student discount when you show your student ID and their tapioca pearls are a lot better than other places. The rewards program they have is great and you get a free birthday drink. The girls working today were the sweetest!! So funny and kind and made the experience amazing :)))
Do you like Yum Cha but don't like to fight for parking and want a little bit quieter place with friendlier employees? Drive 25 minutes out West to little Asian and there you will have it. At least the employees here crack half of a smile and have more furniture (and comfort that) to sit in. Reward rooms are clean, lobby well lit and it doesn't smell bad here.

I've been here a few times but this most recent time I walked in a few minutes before closing. I wasn't sure what time they closed so I asked her but she said she would still take my order. she had attitude and acted like she hated working there. I understand it was before closing however you don't have to have a mean demeanor about it, she could have simply turned me away and that would have been fine.

Yumcha has officially moved up to the top of my favorite boba spots. We came here after a little culinary tour around Katy Chinatown. If it was up to me, I would always get a refreshing tea or slushie after every meal. This place is very aesthetically pleasing for sure. We came towards closing time so it was completely empty and we went right to the cashier. The staff was friendly and I let them pick my drink as I did not want to hold them up so close to closing. I told her I wanted something refreshing and light with no dairy and she chose the Pink Pink drink. This drink came was a lychee and rose water concoction that was absolutely delicious. It had the right sweetness for my taste buds and was chilled oh so perfectly. I made it all the way home and it still did not taste watered down. I tried a sip of another citrus drink which I forgot the name of, and it was just as good. I will definitely be back!
