They didn’t make my pizza right the first time so went back in. They remade it and still got it wrong ?? But I have been ordering from them for years and never had an issue. Staff is friendly. Maybe more training needed? Still the best pizza around

Our family ordered online and picked up. The staff were all smiling, friendly and upbeat. ALL of our food - The Jim Stix, Sticky Fingers and Hamburger pizza - was amazing! We appreciate the positive experience and felt we needed to give a “shout out” to the crew working last night!

READ: LETS SEND A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER.When I tip, I always ask “is this tip shared or just for you?” I was informed that they don’t get the tips at all. That they are taken by the owner!! I tried tipping the worker with cash and was informed that they couldn’t take it and to put it in the jar. This is a downright shame! The owner should be embarrassed to even tell his employees they don’t get to keep their tips. I am going to post this in the local forums online and make sure everyone is aware of how this operator runs his franchise. I am a business owner as well. I would NEVER take from my employees. These guys are doing the work and he absorbs the tip? Bull!! Let’s see what we can get done about this!

Always been my favorite pizza place. The owner is one of the nicest guys if met in a long ong time. If you get a chance meet and visit. Get to know him! Might just make a friend.
