I have never seen so much disrespect for a worker in my life.one dose ALL The work while the other one is on her phone texting and watching tic tok and going outside and in the bathroom ever time you turn around .its called team work not play time.help instead of play.I think the one doing all the work needs a rase in my opinion

Tonight at 8:30 I ordered a number #17 roast beef garlic and double the meat I paid $3.20 for extra meat I didn't even get that on my sub I fault like I was eating just vegetables and it wasn't even toasted when I asked for it to be I also ordered a chicken bacon and ranch wasn't even

My wife and I came inside the store today from ordering on line our orders were wrong we asked that they remake our order and was told that we could not get a remake we then asked for a refund and was told that we could not get a refund so we then Called the police and the store workers had restraining oders put out on my wife and I. We will be uploading a video to coporate and social media as to how we were treated.

Me and friends walked in and ordered first thing wrong was the girl behind the counter was not wearing gloves or a hairnet nothing I thought it was kinda gross but thought nothing of it. When we sat down a little bit after my friend got some traumatic news we were not making a scene or anything she just crying to herself and excused herself to the bathroom when she calmed down she walked out and sat back down but a man was sitting there following behind her then he asked us to leave because we were there to long (we were there for 15 minutes) and said he was going to call cops and yelled at my friend to stop crying because she was making a scene and then said he would have us banned we were waiting inside trying to find a ride but he kicked us out I hope everything changed in the future.this was messed up and needs to be fixed

Me and my friends came here today to eat lunch and the girl behind the counter didn't bother talking to me. I ate my lunch and me and my friends chatted for a bit. We then left and came back ~30 minutes later so my other friends could get lunch (they weren't hungry when I got my lunch). We sat down and waited for a lady and her son to finish ordering before my friends got up to order. The second we sat down a man came up to us (he has done this multiple times, mind you) and told us that we can not be coming "in and out" and he then threatened to have a no-trespassing warrant against us. We are paying customers and this was completely unnecessary and greatly unacceptable. The service here is terrible and the environment was very unwelcoming. I hope this changes in the future and I hope this man learns to appreciate the business this location has.

Needed a cool place to handle business and make a few phone calls with western union. Was made to feel unwelcome even though we didn't bother or even speak to anybody. Was rushed while in the restroom and told that we had to leave. Staff was completely uncompassionate. We will NOT be doing any business at this location.

Very rude service. The lady serving me was extremely rude. I couldn’t even finish my order. Had to walk out. I hope she learns what kindness is.

The way we treat others is a reflection of who we are on the inside. I hope the person who treated me unkindly tonight gets the help she needs. We should never project our pain and bad experiences onto others. The young man was very sweet though, so props to him!

We order at least twice a month or more. Sandwiches are usually fresh and well made. Only wish we could get coupons in the mail. I can only access them through the app, which means I have to order through the app only. I'd rather order in person and oversee my sandwich being made, to my preference.
