Universe tea is a cute little shop but I had higher expectations for the taste of their products . I ordered a green tea with boba, and a milk tea with boba, and the boba tasted very bland and half cooked, I feel as if every time I try to give this place a chance their Boba is half cooked and dry. The lady who served me was very sweet but i’m not impressed with the quality of the teas

Every drink created is delightful. But best of all is the service that has a smile with it every time. Great place to connect with others or just hang out. such a laid back atmosphere! i just went there today and it was so great. very chill and the drink was absolutely delicious. it wasnt busy which surprised me since its so good. The worker up there was SO sweet. it was only 7 dollars for a jupiter sized drink, and i added boba + lychee coconut jelly. will be going there again!

I grew up in an rich neighborhood with at least 3 bubble tea places less than 10 minutes away, they were all great, and this place is legitimately WAY better than all of them.I have never been disappointed in my order, in the service, or in the atmosphere. And it's less expensive than the other places I've been to.

This is my favorite boba spot in Johnson county!! Must stop here! I recommend the Mocha Latte milk tea with extra boba!! I get mine 25% sweet and less ice. Delicious boba, they make it fresh! It's always so supple and soft.

This place has the best boba. The down side is they say they open at 10 but when you try to go inside they say 11. Even though they have the college kids in there!!! If you let college kids in other customers should be allowed in as well.

An older lady made my tea, she seems to be always working when I go. She is not knowledgeable on the teas or flavors. Last two times she’s made my drinks they tasted very watered down.

Wife and I went into the Joshua location today. The girl serving us was not very friendly at all. I know there specialty is tea but I want coffee. Just about every flavoured coffee I wanted they were out of so opted for a regular latte which didn't taste all that great and way too expensive. This was my first visit and my wife's second. She was disappointed the first time but wanted to give it another try. Not a friendly atmosphere will not return again.
