Had the Jamaican Jerk Turkey hot sub and it was delicious. I got busy and it wasn't even warm when I ate it but it was still really good. First time I've ever tried them and I'll be back. I was pleasantly suprised. Service was fast and efficient.

Don’t come here unless you want incredibly sloooowww service. Wow. We waited 20 min. Finally asked. They forgot to make them. Poor poor poor service. Did not offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Now we will have to skip 2nd ½ of our errands because we have groceries in the car. We were sitting here waiting and they were just doing nothing. Wow. Could have asked us what we were waiting for. Nope.

Tried a new sandwich today. The pork and coleslaw! Delicious. I hope it stay in the menu as an option. The employees are always friendly and this particular firehouse is always clean !

Everytime I visit, the food is equally delicious.Parking: The strip shopping center doesn't have enough spots for all the customers at peak meal times. However, there are 2 handicapped spots right by the front door.

Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time through a promotion I had for a free sandwich. Specifically stated NO CHEESE PLEASE due to a dairy issue. Got it home and covered in melted cheese. I had also requested it not be warmed. I couldn’t eat it. I contacted the manager who stated they were sorry about that but since I got it free they wouldn’t replace it. I didn’t have to taste the food to have the place leave me a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back. Plenty of places for our family to eat in Keller.

This was my first time eating here And I'm kicking myself in the butt for not eating there sooner. The employees were fast, The food was delicious, Inside the store was really nice as well. Not too cold like some restaurants can be. Enjoy the food!
Online order took roughly 30 min to get. Suppose to be ready at 12:35 it is now 12:49 and I was told they are still working on it.

I love firehouse and my sandwich is always amazing! I eat here atleast once a week because of the gluten free bread. But, they always ask if I want a pickle spear or I say I want one, and only get one about 25% of the time. Why even ask at that point?? I even started ordering online and still didn’t get one. And then my sandwich hasn’t been being cut in half either.
