I travel 25 miles each way for pick up, because they are the best meal prep service I have found. They have a fairly big varied menu at a fairly well reasonable price. Their food is tasty and beautifully packaged, it last me about 14 days in the fridge. The location is clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend them to my co-workers.

This place has the best tasting meals! Big fan of the brisket meals. You can choose between high protein or low calorie. Reasonably priced. Offers online ordering, delivery, in store pick up, or walk in and pick out what you want on the spot. Customer service is great too. They also offer rewards and discounts. Highly recommend!

I used them years ago but stopped due to the lack of selection variety at the time. Started using them again about a month ago and the selection is much better and the food is very good and well portioned. They also switched the way they packaged the food, they heat vacuum seal everything now which seems to keep everything fresher and helps to keep the moisture in while microwaving. It also saves space in the fridge since the meals kind of nest into one another when stacked. I will continue to use them! Only complaint is the string beans they use in some of their meals, they are sometimes hard and lack volume but everything else so far is good.

Best meal prep service in all of DFW! We have used several meal prep services in the area and online and nothing comes close to Fit Meals Prep. The meals are delicious, last a couple weeks in the fridge and up to six months in the freezer. Something this company does that makes them stand out for us, is that they vac seal all their meals- we love it. We also love the wide variety of meals and they are very filling. Service is super quick - you can get a full order the next day and don’t have to wait 1-2 weeks like other companies. Lastly, we’ve been in the store twice now just to try some of the meals, and Cade at the front desk was beyond helpful in answering all of our questions. We look forward to using Fit Meals prep for the long run!

I’m obsessed. Fit Meals Prep is the 4th meal prep company I’ve tried and the quality and taste of the food far surpasses my prior experiences. The ability to have healthy restaurant quality meals in my fridge that will be ready within 2 minutes has made a huge difference in my nutrition/fitness routine. Favorites are the beef tenderloin with asparagus and sweet potato, shrimp Alfredo, and chicken teriyaki. Give it a try!

I was getting tired of my previous meal prep company, and the quality had been going downhill fast over the last couple of months; so I decided to give Fit Meals Prep a try. OMG!!!! They have 100% of my business now!!! Everything I ordered from the steak & shrimp (high protein) to the broccoli chicken alfredo (high protein) to the teriyaki salmon and sprouts was phenomenal! Love the environmentally friendly packaging as well!
We have tried several dishes and enjoyed ALL of them! Prices are decent and the food is cooked at the store.So far the cajun shrimp pasta and salmon are our favs.

This place used to be good before the packaging! My wife burned her self taking it out of the microwave and then the food has a plastic taste to it now because of it. If they sold it with out the the horrible packaging and maybe answer the phone we would try it again smfh
