Great customer service! You can tell they take their time and love in their craft. Her artistry is on another level! I can only envision her smiling ear to ear early in the morning placing her imagination on each donut.By the way…they taste amazing.Definitely recommend checking them out!

When they make a mistake on your order all they care about is the money not the fact they they messed up caused you an inconvenience they just care about the money they use to give you donut holes when you spend enough but not any more all they know is money the customers don't matter just the money I'm done with this place been going every week for a couple years and they won't even care they lost a regular customer bottom line find another donut shop they don't care

If there was 10 stars to give this place, I would give this place 10! Their donuts are simply THE BEST DONUTS in DFW. Our kids know their donuts and we enjoy them too and can clearly put this place as our favorite in the metroplex, including on top of the fancy donuts places. My favorites are the glaze donut, twist, sugar and cake donuts, you can't go wrong with any of the donuts. What takes this place to the next level is their service, from the lady that greets you as soon as you come in, to the care they put behind their product. I wish other places, including restaurants would put the level of care this place puts on its customers.

The owner is extremely rude! I spent $40 on donuts today. Nicely asked her for a bag and she threw it at me and told me to bag it myself!!! Will never go back again!!!!!!!

AMAZING homemade doughnuts, kolaces and the spinach feta pastry is absolutely delicious! They also sell cronuts but didn't try them... next time! Staff is wonderful too, very friendly and welcoming.
