The owners are always out talking with guests, once when my husband couldn't remember a dish he'd had there before & couldn't find it on the menu he described it to the owner and he made it for him. I love their Chicken Cordon Bleu, sometime you don't find it many restaurants, they even customize to my taste. Always a great experience.

Ordered Niki's for the first time tonight via door dash. I loved the lasagna and the extra sauce was just enough to soak up with my rolls. The food was delicious we will definitely order here again.

They treat the delivery driver's like trash.. total Karen's! Very nasty attitude from the older lady.. over a BAG!A driver requested a bag and the lady said it wouldn't matter? She still has to carry the food out.. and another driver had brought in their own delivery bag to keep food hot and the lady looked at the bag with disgust, like how dare you bring your own bag? Just really weird.Reading the reviews here gives me the impression they don't treat food deliveries well at all. Customers get cold or expired food or smaller portions sizes if they don't eat in the restaurant.. and that's just crazy to me.I would rather eat at a different location than to give this one my business, just shameful.

Great local Italian restaurant. Food is fantastic and we have tried several things on the menu at this point and certainly some of the best pizza you can get in DFW. Highly recommend for great New York style pizza for a reasonable price.Parking: Lots of parking spots close to the door.Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here and they always take good care of them.
Ordered a 16 dollar sandwich and requested we'll done. Was limp under cooked bread. Won't be back.
