This pie 5 keller texas location is always filthy. Every single table has crumbs or sticker residue on top. There's used napkins in the booth seat creases. It is like this every time. I saw the manager and she doesn't even look around at the dining area. I told a young blonde at the register and she wiped off 2 tables only. Can anyone say "BROOM?" Food is good but so are other places!!!!

I have to say, i used to frequent this location a while back and love the size an taste of the pizzas. What the heck happened? The size is bigger and i know that, but the taste and look of the pies now just ain't what it used to be. The guy makin my pie was really nice and politely informed me that they were out of cheese and it would be awhile before they would have any. So i changed my order and went with feta cheese instead of mozzarella, which was a good idea cause it was better, i think. But goin back to this location again, well probably not.

Pizza is okay..not badHowever the worker needs training..and hair pulled back..hair flying every where across her chest really bothered me..and I'm sure it will bother the health department as well..please train food workers on

I did a order online on Christmas Eve. Showed up around 215pm to pick up my food just to find out they were closed. I spoke with a couple of employees that said I had to call back later during the week so I could get a refund or it would be put back on my card. It's been a week and I haven't heard from anyone and I have not been refunded. When I call the store, it's goes to a voicemail that hasn't been set up. This is unacceptable and I would like a refund right away.

There is an extremely rude manager who works there during the day. She has long brown hair and she can't manage stress very well and has a bad temper. She is very unprofessional. I was pointed at and waved to come to the counter from the younger black employee. When I came to the counter, he asked me what I wanted on the pizza. Then this female manager with the long brown hair yelled at me, "You are complicating things! ONLY COME WHEN HE CALLS YOUR NAME!" and she spoke to me as if I were a dog when HE pointed and waved at me to come to the counter. When I tried to explain to her that HE pointed and waved at me to come over, she rudely walked away to the back kitchen in the middle of my sentence. Then, when I was exiting, this rude person said sarcastically really LOUD so all the customers inside could hear it and said, “The reason why we're so slow is because I get customers yelling at me all the time!”What a very rude evil person she is.
The employees were so wonderful during the huge rush they were having. The manager did a great job making the experience fun and was super sweet. The pizza was great and the store was super clean. Love love love this place and the hardworking employees! They all deserve a raise!!

The food was good but our experience was awkward. My only suggestion is if you are going to have conflict with a coworker please handle it behind the scenes and not in front of everyone. The guy who was making my pizza was yelled at and told to leave immediately( I am not defending him, he had a terrible attitude) he could have been brought aside and told to leave. They were both going back and forth. No apologies for the experience or anything mentioned, but the person in charge just kept going on about his attitude to the customers. A simple "I'm sorry" goes a long ways.

Beware when ordering online. I buy from this Pie Five once sometimes twice week but typically order when I get there. The one time I order online, I get to my destination, open the box and there are multiple slices missing toppings. I won’t order online again. I’m very disappointed.
