Matt was great over the phone. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the pizza was. Top tier, made just the way we like - extra sauce, so much cheese, buttery bread sticks, crisp crust.After a recent experience at another chain around here, it was nice to receive the order right the first time and not to be berated by staff lolMy my. I called to place an order Matt said that they can not deliver to my location for some weird reason I ensured him he can, being in food service he should of made the order happen. I would of in his shoes. Matt rudely hung up on me when I tried to help him fix his technical difficulty. I called agian an ordered off the automated system I then tried to confirm my order would make it but Matt kept answering my call an hanging up. The delivery driver did end up showing up but wasted his time because Matt was so rude an incompetent that I didn’t feel confident my order would show and had to take my business elsewhere. Matt would also not give me his name or employee ID but the delivery driver knew exactly who I was talking about as soon as I told him what happened. I’m sorry the driver had to waste his time, I would of loved to have given him my 10$ tip but I had to save it for the Marcos driver who said they would take a last minute order for me. I have been Pizza Hut all my life until now I will order Marcos. Good job Mat

After entering the store I had to wait 4 to 5 mins before anyone would acknowledge me, no one else else was in line or in the store. I looked directly at the cook and some other employees but not one wanted to acknowledge that I was patiently waiting. After 5 minutes, a gentlemen in a black uniform that was working on the computer, gets up and turns around and asked if I was here for a pick up. I responded that I was and then advised me that someone will be with you. The gentlemen in the black uniform then picks up the clipboard to check something, then proceeds to bring out 3 bags of frozen chicken wings and drop 1 into the fryer and walks off. At this time, the other gentlemen that was feeding the pizzas through the oven and running to the other side to cut and box the pizzas, finally acknowledged me. As he was attempting to put the pizzas in the warm, I advised that order is the one that I am here to pick up. I purchased 1 16oz Dr. Pepper and my 7 pizzas and left. Understanding that staffing shortage could have been a real possibility, or there were a bunch of orders that I was not aware of but not even acknowledge me or explain that, "someone will be with you" is completely rude and unprofessional. The 3 other employees that were walking around handling some other tasks don't bother to say anything when I did make eye contact with them. After this experience, I doubt that I would recommend this location or Pizza Hut as a franchise as a good place to order pizza.Date of Pick up 12/18arrived 19:36order to be ready 19:45

3x now recently we've had pizza delivered an hour past the original estimate, cold and always by door dash instead a delivery driver. If we wanted to use door dash and get late cold food there is already an app for that. Shame, they used to be great here, will switch to someone else.

Went to this location near closing time and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and served me the most commercial worthy pizza I've seen served from a franchise. Order had no flaws and the pizza was as fresh as it looked. Very happy moment for my inner fat guy lol.

This Pizza Hut on Friday's is fire! Never been disappointed on a Friday! Who ever the cooks and managers are on a Friday need to be recognized! Great job guys and gals!

Pizza was left on the ground just next to the table that was there for the delivery. There were no notification the pizza was ever delivered ie a knock at the door or even a door bell ring. I checked my cameras to confirm. Pizza was cold, nasty, and was dropped off like a USPS package. Nope!

Ordered here about a week ago they delivered it I will post the photo where the pizza was messed up was told I was getting credited for the pizza called just now July 5 at 12:20 PM and I am told it is not on my account that it was credited
