My boyfriend and I stopped in to get sandwiches for dinner after a really long day. Shyann (I hope that's how she spells it) was so great! She did a great job making our sandwiches and was interactive with us, which genuinely brightened my day. Such a sweet and kind girl!With that being said, it would be nice if she had some help. It was getting busy and she was having to do it all alone, which I'm sure we can all recognize is a stressful situation in customer service.

came to the establishment it said open when I entered the manager tells me that it is not open, I tell her that the door was open and she told me that she decides if it is open or not. He told me to leave that he wasn't going to take care of me. This place usually employs people who don't respect customers.

Read several reviews saying they seem to close before 10 even when every sign says they close at 10. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Walked up at 9 and the door is locked. No visible staff but all lights are on. Post the correct hours or stay open until 10.

It is hella sad that Subway leaves (1) employee to take care of EVERYBODY AND EVERYTHING at the (2) locations near me.I feel bad that they are doing the best they can no matter how many customers are lined up.Subway owners ....If you know this is happening and continue to let it happen.....my my and my families business with yall is done.Ridiculous.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and every ingredient I ordered for one of the sandwiches was put on the wrong sandwich..when I called, whoever had made the sandwiches proceeded to tell me that the sandwiches were perfect before the door dash driver picked them up..so you mean to tell me the door dash driver pulled over unwrapped the TAPED wrapper and intentionally moved the jalapeños, ranch, oil & vinegar from one sandwich to the other (make this make sense!) I am completely dumbfounded..I mean how hard is it to take responsibility for your mistake???

Made the mistake of ordering online through here around 9pm without looking at the reviews. Should've known, my order was taken and I was charged but the app displayed that the store is now offline for online ordering. Drove down to the store and it was closed at around 9:20. It's posted to close at 10pm. Waste of money, probably a bunch of little kids working here and the franchise owner is unaware. How patheticUPDATE 9:50, just saw some little kid walk out from the back to the front and just grab a drink, look over at my car and shrug. This is comical now

It gets a zero! Went in last night, Saturday 11/12/22 at 9:45 pm (they close at 10:00) the guy working saw me pull up and walked to the door, locked it and then got himself a drink from the cooler in the front. When I approached the door to open it, he went in the kitchen, like hiding. That's not the only problem... "Wait for it". So today, the following day, I went in to let someone know what had happen last night, and when I walked in I was greeted with all we are serving is "chips and drinks". I realized it was because they had no bread cooked. The employee was pulling it out of oven. I tried to let that employee know what happened last night and all that employee could say was." I didn't work last night and all we have available is chips and drinks." I won't be going to this subway or the one across the street in the Walmart either because I was there last night less than 2 min later and they were dark and closed early also. Wonder why some of those restaurants that you count on are closing permanently? It is because of management not having standards in operations or a consistent accountability of their employees. Subway is off my list of places to go! Good luck staying in business with this kind of operation!!!!!

The new protein bowls (aka salads) are excellent. Only problem is that they didn't have a fork, I had to eat the bowl with a spoon.

I don’t ever comment on someone specifically but The lady at this place is the most unfriendly, always appears like she hates her job and is the slowest. Barely even speaks.. I cant believe she still works here. Never see a smile on her face. I wish I didn’t have to come to this one . Seriously the worst

Employee was rushing through my order. The store was empty, I was the only one, I asked him for an extra sub and he started throwing bread around. I had to stop him and tell him I didn't want it anymore. He then "tried" to apologize and said 3 people had called out on him. That he had worked over 70 hrs that week so far. Told him that's not my problem. Then he stated he had "charged" me less, as if I wanted I discount. All I wanted is my food complete and not thrown around.

Place is dirty. They made my sandwich incorrectly. And the pop was really flat. Don't go to this location.

This guy was awesome! Manager material for sure, which screws up the perfect sandwiches and service for us, but oh well.
