The worst Starbucks coffee I have ever had was made here. My usual order, I really know how it should taste. The team had no intention of improving it after I spoke nicely to them. I heard several costumer complaining about the taste of their orders too. Sat 04.20.2024 around 2pm.

Had a delicious coffee and egg bites in the morning. The bacon egg bites are my favorite!!! Don’t visit too often but I do like this location. Staff is amazing! Always pleasant and helpful!
Sbux on the boardwalk, coffee drinks, tea, snacks, you know the drill. Quick turnaround on drinks.

This Starbucks Sucks!HORRIBLE-TERRIBLE-LACK OF RESPECT. During this holiday season they were ready to take your money-Less than 2 minutes- To prepare your drinks? Anywhere fron 40 to 44 minutes! Their priority? Mobile Orders instead of a fully pack store! Unacceptable!

I was in the drive thru with no cars in front of me or behind, and that’s why I was surprised when the girl asked me to move to the to go order parking around the front. I ordered 1 Americano so there was no reason to make me move. Regardless, I complied and moved but had to leave without getting my Americano because I had a worker texting me waiting to get paid, so I could wait no longer. I come here all the time, but noticed service has been going down lately. It’s a shame because all the guys that wait on me at this location are great, and normally the girls are too, except for lately.

There should be an option to give 0 stars... Very rude staff and doesn't know how to behave with customers.. I ordered 3 cappuccino specifically , but was surprised to find that I was only provided 2. When I asked about the third one, I was told extremely rudely that I ordered 2 and told me to go back to the long line...and other staff were rude as well. People like this make this place worse... Will not recommend it at all.

I love kemah to spend time with family&friends we wanted a nice place to complete our trip but we got the wrong place. So dirty place, wrong orders, delayed orders. So sad for this because we love
This Starbucks location is pretty small. Most of the seating is outside. Latte was pretty good.
