We stopped in for an ice cream treat on my wife's birthday. I guess we fo enough business with DQ, that they sent her a free treat. We showed them the email for the free treat, but they could not honor it. They said they are part of the Texas DQ. This is where the email came fromThey still could not make it work. These website problems happen all of the time. They have our rewards account all screwed up. It just deleted $15.00 in rewards yesterday. I guess we will contact corporate...read full review

This was my first time visiting the Dairy Queen in Kemp, TX and I was very impressed by the professionalism of the employees. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the caramel moo-latte. I give it a *chef's kiss*

Like always you rock, but yalls food Is always , good ...but yall need to update your bathrooms something fierce..two things you should ways make sure is clean is your kitchen, and your restrooms ?..if there dirty then tour employees are washing there hands in the kitchen , that's unsanitary..come on ty ?
