Burger kings food prep is very inconsistent from restaurant to restaurant. I received a whopper warm enough to have melted the cheese,which I appreciated. I like Buger Kings hamburgers when they are prepared properly,this Burger King seemed to do it properly.The staff seemed a little disorganized. We went inside, and my group was waited on promptly.

Quite possibly the worst burger I’ve ever had. Burnt to a chrisp, I’m talking literally a chard piece of meat. Out of ketchup , no tomatoes. Don’t stop here. I hope you read the reviews before you make the same mistake.

This was my worst experience at a Burger King. We waited at least 15 min at the window after we paid!! Watched the employees talking and laughing. No explanation. It was just regular cheese burgers and 2 fries. Then the fries were cold and nasty. And the drinks were wrong. Terrible customer service. Do better or close!

Went through the drive through at 715pm. Waited at the drive thru window for 30 minutes to get our food. No explanation. Watched the drive thru attendant drink her soda and play on her phone. Finally got our food. (3 whoppers with cheese. 3 cheese burgers. 2 8 piece chicken nuggets. 3 medium fries. ) Thought for sure with the wait that our food would be hot and fresh! We were wrong! By the time we drove 6 city blocks home, the food was ice cold! Called to complain. No answer!! Who does business like this? Will not be returning.

Whoever made our meal did an awesome job on our burger because where we come from our Burger King sucks but this one made a burger the way it should be made. So thank you guys now we get to drive home stuff and happy. Merry Christmas and have a happy New years!!

Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes. Lobby was empty and 1 car in front of us. The 2 cars behind us just left. Food was decent. Kind of warm, definitely not hot. The best part of the meal was the Hershey pie.
