Just walked in and was screamed at by a woman behind the counter. “Unless we already ordered the wait was over an hour”. No welcome to Pizza Hut… nothing just pretty much running us off. Walked in to order 3 large pizzas to go. They were smashed with a big order but still got mine out in less than 30 minutes. Lady at the counter kept her cool and was friendly to boot!
Management here is a complete joke. My son put quarters in the toy vending machines they have in THEIR establishment. The machine ate $1.50 and when I went to talk to the lady manager, she could have cared less. She directed me to call a 1-800 number for $1.50! Nor did she even acknowledge which machine it was where she could at least put an out of order sign on the machine to avoid other patrons having money stolen. Instead of her refunding the $1.50 to us and her dealing with the vending machine people herself since they are in HER restaurant. She did NOTHING! This was an opportunity for a whine to shine to simply provide good customer service vs passing it off on someone else, your patron to deal with YOUR problem! Don’t have the vending machines period if you’re not going to take care of your patrons when something goes wrong. Whether it’s a 3rd party vendor or not it’s in YOUR establishments and by default a reflection of your business!

The wait staff were wonderful, proffesional, and took great care of my husband and I. Our food was cooked to perfection, and had great flavor and texture. I highly recommend the cheese sticks, the vegetable penne pasta, and Italian meats penne pasta. We were thankful as travelers to sit down for a nice warm meal, and be taken care of so well. Thank you!!Vegetarian options: They offer plenty of veg, just be creative and design your food. Veggie pizza, veggie pasta, lots of breadsticks, and decent salad.
