I call in about once a week for a pick up order and whether it's their steak and potatoes for lunch or the meat lovers pizza. I always get the same consistent meals. I love that in an establishment. It's not much of a place to sit in and dine, but it is a place to grab healthy style meals on the go.

First time visit. A little hard to find. Not busy for an early Friday evening. Airy table area with a cafe vibe. Flexible healthy food options. Cauliflower pizzas. Breakfast all day. Weekly specials. Protein shakes. Wife got the supreme pizza while I got the meat lovers pizza. Surprised how good it was. $40 with drinks and tip. Friendly staff. Definitely will return. Thanks, Bravo Eats!

It's February (barely) and we're finally working on our plan to be healthier. Better late than never. I really don't like to eat healthy BUT I have found a real gem in Kennedale. Bravo Eats Healthy Grill. I didn't expect much. Maybe some soggy veggies and tasteless meat. Boy did I get a surprise! So good. I love this place. Everything has the protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie count on it. There's a ton of choices and combos and specials. And talk about tasty. I have never had such a good chicken breast. It was BIG and grilled with some spice on it. My meal came with a cup of extremely fresh guac, fabulously grilled and seasoned red and green pepper and onion mix, and lime rice. Admittedly, I got the plate with one of the higher calorie counts (690) but if you're doing an intermittent fast program it's the perfect thing for coming off your fast. Absolutely delicious. Hubby got the Cobb salad with a 490 calorie count. His was also delicious as you can see from the before and after pics. Lol. They also have meal prep options and even deliver on the weekly plan. You can also order anything to go. As a plus, they offer cauliflower crust pizza with some great looking toppings. So if you're looking for good food, diet or not, you must try Bravo Eats. One unfortunate thing- the location is in a cute shopping center and doesn't face the road. I hope this isn't their downfall. Will most definitely be one of my regular places. Go eat here!

It's not sanitary to wear gloves that you are serving food with then touching your face, going all over the restaurant opening doors, etc. I also asked for my mom's food not be seasoned due to medical reasons and the opposite of that was done, so I will not be returning.

So I used a Groupon to try it out so I could see if I wanted to use the meal prep service and I’m impressed. Food was really good and they can make it hot or cold if you want it for later! I got one of the weekly specials which was chicken fajita in a pita. Definitely will order here again!

First time here ! I've been trying to get here for a while now lol . I brought my mom for lunch! They are highly educated about healthy eating and macros ! All the meals come with macros so you know exactly what you're eating. Our food came out freshly cooked and it was delicious and satisfying! We were very happy with the service add they treated us like family. They have a meal prep service as well! I will be calling for a consultation next week so I can try the meal prep out !! They are supposed to be one of the top prep restaurants in DFW so I'm excited to get the details !

As someone that’s starting out on their healthier lifestyle I came here and it was great. I got the shrimp with a side of red potatoes and fajita veggies with a side of chili lime sauce! I don’t think I’ve had shrimp so perfectly cooked and seasoned ordering from a restaurant before! It all came together perfectly and I was very satisfied after eating! 10/10 would recommend
