It's been about 10 years since I have been here, and I have such fond memories of this place along with how good the burgers were. The inside was very nice and definitely been upgraded, BUT the young man at the counter was not really helpful or smiling, to say the least, and my burger wasn't great. The bread was stale, and the meat kinda cool (cooked, tho). The drinks were flat as well. The fries were just how I remembered them tho.

We enjoy the Pantego location but this was horrible. We waited over 20 minutes inside with zero other customers to recieve cold food. Spending $30 on that is sad. Fortunately, I checked the burger before my son ate it. He saw a hair which was obviously beard stubble. I told him to throw the bun away because I could not bring myself to ask. I did see a worker enjoying his food though. This is my first negative review and it bums me out but it's the truth. Save your money.

This place is so bad. The teens working the front and drive thru should have to lock their cellphones up and retrain on how to greet customers. They just looked up when we walked in and said nothing when we walked up to order. Then I ordered a double meat burger and fries with no cheese. After 20 minutes, I received a dried up burger with cheese and Luke warm fries. I went back and told her, and interrupted her texting, and received a new fresh burger, 20 more minutes later and no apology, no fresh fries with my burger and no customer service. When the teen guy brought the burger to my table, he didn't say a word. The place is dingy with finger prints all over the front glass doors. The atmosphere was so old and in need of updates. Don't waste your time at this location. Try South Arlington instead.

Ordered a chicken sandwich for delivery, they gave me chicken strips that aren’t even breaded, just pieces of chicken thrown into the deep fryer, and undercooked, their chicken nuggets I ordered for my kids were so gross they spit them out, the fries were soggy and cold…I used to have such great service at all other burger boxes but this one is just not it…this chicken is entirely inedible all for $20 too

Yes it’s older building but they have a small classic car display. “Elvis “ is there singing every other Thursday. He is great! The lady behind the counter who took my order was very nice. I can’t wait to try the Philly cheese steak next time.
I drive from Fort Worth to get a chili burger or chili dog the chilli is better here than at other locations. Service was a little slow but they cooked to order and my last order was wrong but I enjoyed it
