Third time I ordered from this location and it will be the last. They always mess up my order!

I had an event this weekend so I used the Little Cesar's app to order 8 pizza and 2 additional items which came out to a little over $100. I ordered many hours in advance so that the delivery would align with the time my guests would be arriving. When you order on the Little Cesar's app, the work with Door Dash to deliver. When the delivery person came to my door at my delivering time, why did she only bring 2 pizzas??? I was furious. If Little Cesar's is going to deliver, regardless of who they are working with, Little Cesar's needs to make sure they put in better processes to document and confirm that the driver has ALL items on their customers order. The delivery driver didn't speak english so I couldn't tell her what the problem was. So I called the Little Cesar's store and didn't get a hold to someone until about 20 minutes later. The Little Cesar's employee had the nerve to tell me there was nothing that he could do once they give the order to the Door Dash person. Really??!?? So I'm spending over $100, didn't get everything I ordered, and there is nothing you can do?? Luckily I sent my friend up there because I couldn't leave my guests. My friend said my remaining pizzas were just sitting on the heater. I'm done with this Little Cesar's location. Get it together.Update: 2 days later, I got a call from the manager apologizing for the entire issue. Thanks, Stormy, for taking accountability and letting your customers know that they are heard. I appreciate you.
Got a deep dish pepperoni and you could definitely tell they could care less about cooking it. Completely lopsided. One side had risen the other side was flat. Seamed like old dough or under cooked. It's a shame these little Ceasars are becoming so inconsistent.

The only thing the people were worried about were their phones. You come in for 1 hot and ready pizza, you shouldn't have to wait thirty minutes. They were doing nothing; no other customers or even online order that I saw.. Hot and ready my A!@...
Guys on a Friday night! You should have prepped lots of pizza! I came in for just a pepperoni pizza and the white gentlemen rudely announces to people in the store that all pizza is going to take over an hr. It’s Friday night!? Why are you not prepared for the weekend?! Duh people want pizza on a Friday DUH!!!!!

Most of the bad reviews are super old. I'm assuming they had a recent change in management because my experience was fine. Yeah, I had to wait a whole 15 minutes for my two pizzas - but the food was presentable and delicious. If you can wrap your mind around having to wait a few minutes for your $6 pizza, you'll probably have a good experience, too.

Asked for 2 pizzas..one beef one cheese. Asked specifically that they be cooked Well Done. Neither one of them were cooked well done. Both of them were doughy and the cheese pizza had No sauce..like really at all. The beef pizza had all meat in middle of doughy and sauce was chunky. Will DEFINITELY NOT get our money ever again.

I visited this store on Tuesday night. I had 2 of my daughters with me, 7 & 4. In the car were my wife and 3 year old son. It was a rough day, and week. We lost a close family friend to police brutality on I20 the Thursday before this. Ramon was helping us, and he went above and beyond, offered to cut the slices smaller for my kids pizza, I go to little ceasars often and never once has anyone offered or even mentioned this. I told him that would be great and that we would be next door at GameStop waiting and looking around. Before I even knew it Ramon was holding the GameStop door open standing there with my little girls smiling and laughing and looked up and told my pizzas were ready he wanted to come get me so they wouldn’t get cold. He looked them over before handing them too me and went back to the back and cut it up for the kids, apologized to me that it wasn’t already done. Which was completely unnecessary. Ramon didn’t know my best friend was killed 5 days before. Or that my kids had been acting crazy all day, or any of the other crazy things going on in life, and he still went out of his way over and over in a 20 minute period to help me. I can’t tell you how good it made me feel to see a young man, proud of what he does, doing the best he can and then doing a little more. Ramon if you keep on that course your going to do great things and thank you. Whoever this man’s boss is, he deserves a raise and a promotion, no one in any of your restaurants has ever been so nice accommodating and professional. Thanks again Ramon!!Kid-friendliness: Ramon was the only kid friendly thing about this place. I don’t live near this location but I will be driving to it just because of his service frown now on.

This place stole money from my debit card they said my card was declined and I paid cash but when I checked my bank 3 transactions were made by them and they didn’t want to take responsibility, they said to contact my bank it’s ridiculous that I have to do a dispute and wait for the whole process to get my money back!
