Trevor did an amazing job, made great recommendations. My filet was delicious and my husband enjoyed his sea bass. Beautiful views. The wine recommended was a great pairing. You ust try the desserts. The whiskey cake was to die for!

Food and service was excellent. We had the Tuna appetizer which was very good and for the entree we ordered the antelope and sea bass which were both delicious. Only knock we had is the lights above the tables had cob webs in them.

So glad we found Bisto 1011. The food and service both were excellent. The value was great. We could have a conversation. The view was spectacular. I wish we had found it sooner. We live 4 hours away but will be back the next time we're in Kerrville. Make a reservation and go!

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Could make an entire meal out of the Tuna Tostados!!! WOW!! Koulton provided us with the perfect amount of attention......and ALWAYS at the right time, too. He made celebrating my husband's birthday seem sooooo special! We love sharing time and enjoying an amazing meal at the 1011 Bistro-----elegant, yet relaxed and laid back! BEST RESTAURANT IN KERRVILLE-- HANDS DOWN!!!

Love treating ourselves to the 1011 Bistro experience. ALWAYS such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.........ALWAYS delicious food, so beautiful in its presentation. Love the music playing in the background.........at just the right sound level.......and the service is above and beyond!!! Especially love sitting at my favorite table......where I enjoy the water view! Hands down, this is the best dining experience in Kerrville!!!
