So we ordered water with lemon , I had to ask her second time , then 10 min later I had to go ask someone else. Two tables that got here after us were served before us. ( 4 in their party as us ) Our food finally came and there were no sides til our entry was cold. The manager finally took over and was very nice but really didn't realize the situation I guess.
I have family in the Kerrville area and we generally visit Cracker Barrel and love it every time. The food has always been hot, fresh with excellent customer service. A family favorite indeed.Vegetarian options: Fruits, vegetables, breads.

Have eaten at this restaurant often but our latest visit was very disappointing in the food. I ordered fried chicken. The manager, who was very friendly came out and told us the cook burned the first batch. The second batch was still overcooked.
